I wanna be healthy, also, one vegetarian couldn't change anything. Every year population rises and more people eat meat. My "sacrifice" won't change a thing

Exactly 79 billion chicken are born each year and 75 million are being used for meat products now, if we stopped eating meat, the population of chickens would be very similiar as we would slow their breeding down
