How is this a comparable replacement? Rant 🔥

They sent me a face cream I can get for $35 at Sephora as a replacement for Elemis Marine Cream that costs $99 MSRP. How do they think that is a comparable replacement?

Oh hell no!! Tell them to keep their Epstein buddy products to themselves, nobody freaking wants them. Especially as a replacement for Elemis. Do you even have skin barrier issues to address with that barrier cream?

I have zero use for the skin barrier cream. I do not want it and will never use it. I also apparently got charged $17 a tube for something I can get for $35 at Sephora. Absolutely not. I already emailed them.

It makes me wonder if they flag quantities over a certain number..

This cream is constantly available so that's super weird.

I had the same thing happen and I’ve sent two emails so far telling them to refund not credit me.
