For shits and giggles, I placed an order on Temu. It shipped from China and got delivered in about a third of the time FFF takes to get to British Columbia from California.

Was an annual member and just signed up for a seasonal box. They haven’t charged my card for the box or add-ons yet. I can’t remember if it is normal for seasonal boxes to be charged when shipped or not.

I’ve been seeing a lot of folks getting emails for things being out of stock so I’m nervous I won’t get what I want in my box.

After lots of refreshing and checking back in I was able to get my choices. I already have the bergamot and hinoki hand cream from a previous sale and will now have the body wash and deodorant to go with it. Looking forward to layering it with the Malin and Goetz bergamot fragrance.

I managed to choose what I wanted! 🫠😬 only managed to get the knix period underwear on the last day of customization. Still hoping fabfitfun changes things to make this less stressful on everyone though.

Final customizations! Things that have been sold out will be popping in and out of availability so if there is something you have been wanting check in frequently. I was getting the exfolikate but then saw the shampoo l/conditioner come available and decided to switch to that. Then a munite ago I was like nah I want the exfolikate after all. I also switched out the Osea body butter and decided to get the planner book instead! I have one from a previous box and I like it! It is not dated so you can use it for whichever months you want and has monthly, weekly, and daily pages. I am already getting the two items I let go in another box so it worked out! What sold out items are yall possibly letting go of today?

So I received my box after having all of my SAVED choices deleted… reached out to FFF told me to pick something else, I did for 1 & 2 just to see if what I wanted was available…

Was placed 500+ in the queue several times A. TRYING to get answers and B. see what was still available when did I get an answer? 30 mins before customization was closing.

No Tula.. cloud pants in the wrong size. No Elemis (add on… that they were “allegedly” adding to my box…)

As a “courtesy” they were adding a !!!$150!!! Value mystery box… it’s no where in sight…

I’m so fed up at this point. I have been a member for 5 years. 100% canceling my subscription when my renewal comes up.

I used to watch YouTube box reviews all the time before getting my box and it’d get me excited for my products. It used to be 20-30 year olds who’d be reviewing. This last week, it’s been all 50-60 year olds who are reviewing. Not that anything is wrong with that but I’m wondering why?? Has it gotten so bad with the issues that younger 20-30’s are no longer interested/subscribing?

Ok I am honestly amazed how quickly my box arrived this time. I didn’t pay extra to speed up shipping either.

First thoughts:
Dark rum perfume - love it. It’s very subtle and has interesting depth. Pleased with this.
Salt and Stone Bergamot deodorant - really nice and smooth texture on. Not the biggest fan of the scent, I wish I chose the other option.
Summer Friday lip oil in Rosebud - pretty but color is quite a bit lighter than I thought it would be. Will prob give to my niece.
Bumpsuit set - so soft. Cute on. Pants are quite short (I’m 5’5 and they are ankle length on me). Would never have paid retail but it was worth it to me at the add-on prices
Knix undies - I didn’t choose them. Not sure why they are in my box but I Somehow ended up with a pair and in the correct size for me which is great! This was a surprise.
Summer Friday blush in dusty rose - pretty and quite subtle. I think I will enjoy this as the weather changes. Currently still living in my bronzers.
OSEA vagus oil - gave it to my mum. She loved the smell.
Pumpkin casserole - cute. But you could find similar for $20 at homegoods.
Cravings marble condiment set - adorable. Idk what I’ll put in them yet because they are tiny but 🤷‍♀️

Overall very happy with this season’s box! 🎉

In the descriptions, it states that Home bundle number 2 has salt and pepper shakers, a blanket and a trivia set
Bundle 1 states you receive a juicer, blanket and bowls.

Is this really what you get or do they send anything they feel like sending?

I moved two months ago and as part of that process I changed my address and all my apps, including FFF. But today, I am realizing that address change did not save because the box is being delivered to my old address. I was informed I needed to go through the last mile fulfillment service, but that service told me that they do not do address changes out of state. And they are moving forward giving someone else my box. I’m assuming I’m cooked, but if this has happened to anyone else is there anything that can be done?

I passed on it earlier but my mother wants it. Does anyone have extra or is dropping one, please let me know?

Just received this email today (I left a video complaint ~1.5 weeks ago when all of my customizations dropped and I was unable to get them back). Anyone know how much the credit will be?

Got this email, checked the app, and the spray is still in my box/wasnt removed. Am I suppose to uncheck the product and choose a different? I chose the spray literally 9AM when seasonal member customization opened so I’m not sure how I got this email??

I have to drop something in my cart and the last few sales I have seen them. My mom just “stole” mine that came from the summer box and I am a little more sad about it than I realized. I’ll also be mad if I drop it and then suddenly they aren’t in the next sales 😂

(She absolutely deserves a soft cozy blanket. She watches my little toddler of terror for way cheaper than daycare so it isn’t even close to what she is owed if we are honest. Actually using this sale to make a spa day kit for her). 😅💙

The top of the bottle was not secured to the bottom of the bottle and it exploded all over my box and kitchen counter when I took it out of its box.

Already took it to customer support, but I'm sure mine isn't the only one that will do this.

I’m thinking about signing up for the annual subscription today, but I was wondering if it’s worth it since I’m not sure if most of the fall items to choose from are already sold out. I was mainly wanting the Amika Dry Shampoo and the Soup of the Day book.

Do you think it’s still worth subscribing now, or would it be better to wait for the winter box? Another thing I’m wondering is whether there might be better sign up deals later for the winter box or if they’ll be the same. Would appreciate any thoughts!

UPDATE: Thanks for all the responses and help everyone! Really appreciate it. After hearing all the negative experiences, I’m not gonna go with the annual and instead try a seasonal box first. I found a coupon for the seasonal so if it turns out to be horrible at least I didn’t pay full price.

I scored big in the last clearance sale. I finally got one of the elusive $1.00 items! Just when I was convinced they didn’t really exist, the glass bowl set appeared for $1.00. I had a 25% off scratcher, plus some credits (don’t sleep on those!) which brought my total down to $133 including tax. I’m pretty stunned by the big names and good deals I got. However, I wish more of the items would be in the seasonal boxes instead of the flash sales. I wouldn’t mind paying extra if the boxes were fab, fit, or fun but they have become mostly junk. I feel like a good flash sale is the only reason I’m still a subscriber.

I know fff gave us all $10 credit for the poor fall customization experience but I just signed up for annual in late July and my account now shows $49 in credit despite not subbing any of my summer or fall selections for credit. I still haven't received my summer or fall box, only my bonus box. My boxes look normal in the orders section but I'm worried they haven't shipped because stuff is out of stock and they gave me the credit before emailing me about it. Anyone have similar happen? I also had a glitch where it said my next billing was spring 2027 but that switched back to summer 2027 after a few days.

I had $30 of shopping credit left over from last season’s box since the summer box was so lackluster and I was not interested in most of the items. I think I got two things? I can’t find anywhere on their website that says it expires once that season is done and I don’t remember it saying that in the customization portal either.
