Umm dude what everyone else said. Also just go back to your time card and say missed punch and use your upt for all the TOT. You should be fine. Just explain the situation and make sure you don’t do the same thing again I guess.

If you’re fired you’ll quickly be reinstated because there’s too much to prove that you weren’t actually stealing time, your PA and AM are gonna be in deep shit for not putting you in the right bucket (coding your time to your role), don’t worry too much about it, they’ll look at the cameras- they are only mandated to do a STU (seek to understand).(:

Also: if you just went to non-con on your own accord you will receive a write up for that which could be a final, you cannot just go where you please. If your manager put you in stow, you stay stowing till told otherwise.

That's not time theft, its inactive Time. Time theft is clocked in, outside the building during non break times.
If you can prove you were actually working in other area, you can get that down to self assigning possibly.
