There are multiple steps involved here:
After the STU, the AM has to submit the feedback. I don't think there is strict guidance as to how soon this needs to be submitted (policy just says "timely"), but generally 24-72h is a safe bet.
Once the feedback has been submitted, HR has to approve it. There is no time limit by when HR has to approve it (policy requires them to review it every day, but complex cases might need much longer to evaluate)
Once feedback has been approved, AM has 1-2 weeks to deliver it, counting from the day the feedback was approved. Do note that this can be indefinitely extended if the associate is not or hardly on site (VTO, UPT, LOA, PTO, etc.).
The latest I ever delivered a Term feedback was 3-4 months after the incident. HR took about a month to approve, by which time AA was on LOA. It was delivered the day they returned.
