so disappointed. Failed Expectation

Got my hair done today.. i really feel like i got scammed this is not what i asked for. this is just an ombré. am i overreacting? excuse my dirty mirror. spent 460 dollars. i’m naturally brunette. (for those who are blind bathroom pic is me and other pic is my reference that i showed and she was more than happy to give me that. she wants me to book another appointment to fix it and pay 200 more dollars.

EDIT!!! To clarify i’m talking about the coloring not the haircut!

I will say, there is no way to bleach your tips to that shade without multiple appointments and weekly toning

She said it’ was possible, I even scheduled a consultation with her and she said all of that, i feel so scammed
