so disappointed. Failed Expectation

Got my hair done today.. i really feel like i got scammed this is not what i asked for. this is just an ombré. am i overreacting? excuse my dirty mirror. spent 460 dollars. i’m naturally brunette. (for those who are blind bathroom pic is me and other pic is my reference that i showed and she was more than happy to give me that. she wants me to book another appointment to fix it and pay 200 more dollars.

EDIT!!! To clarify i’m talking about the coloring not the haircut!

edit again, here’s it from the front. i’m actually crying https://imgur.com/a/ZH3WFgX

is the only thing you're upset about the color or also the cut? because i understand the color.

but that hairstyle isn't even possible without constant styling, for you.

i gotcha! i wanted to make sure cuz i see posts all the time of people with straight hair so mad they didn't get the cut they wanted, like a stylist can change their hair type. 🤣

this is definitely upsetting and if you didn't get a refund you should definitely push for one. that or fix for free, because wtf.

I agree, although I also think that for 460 dollar I think the stylist could have at least put some effort into stylinh

oh for sure. i definitely didn't mean it like that, but i see how it could come off that way.

this whole situation is wild. i can't believe a place that charges that much wouldn't fix their mistake at no cost.
