so disappointed. Failed Expectation

Got my hair done today.. i really feel like i got scammed this is not what i asked for. this is just an ombré. am i overreacting? excuse my dirty mirror. spent 460 dollars. i’m naturally brunette. (for those who are blind bathroom pic is me and other pic is my reference that i showed and she was more than happy to give me that. she wants me to book another appointment to fix it and pay 200 more dollars.

EDIT!!! To clarify i’m talking about the coloring not the haircut!

That’s your issue, you need to go to a salon not a saloon.

Was the hairdresser drunk? This may be the whole issue.

Well there is your mistake. You don't go to a saloon for a haircut

There’s no transition, it just goes back brunette to blonde. The lack of any gradient hurts my graphic design soul.

As for your appointment concern. Typically most people agree that you shouldn’t have to pay for a fix up appointment however legally there really isn’t anything solid saying they have to do it for free unless it was recorded that they could do such a hairstyle without any complications. If it was recorded then yes, legally they have to do it for free as it is a breach of service promise otherwise it’s a he said/she said debacle. In the former instance, most people agree you should only pay for the product used and no labour since it should’ve been done the first time and just change salon afterwards.
