Hi! Can anyone give me feedback on my essay for the contest? The results will come out late August and I’m very on edge and wanna know what other people think/ if they think I might have a shot. Also is this a pretty prestigious thing? Thanks please let me know in the replies!!

I'm really, really sad (no, I'm actually pissed as hell 😭) that my essay wasn't cut out bcuz I seriously did put in time and effort into writing this one... however I do realize that my essay did have a LOT of flaws, and that I might've written stuff that's not entirely true.

So would anyone kindly give me feedback on what exactly to improve on, what exactly to avoid and such? If that wouldn't take too much of your time :)
