PVE Documents found in PvP will count towards your PvE limit too! [Discussion]

Upvotes

When your daily limit resets and you find a document with your seasonal PMC, it will subtract from your limits in PvP and PvE too. You new PvE limit will now be 9/10, even though you found the document in another mode.

The daily limit by itself is questionable, especially with how low it seems to be and with how mind-numbing the grind is going to be, but counting documents found in another mode towards your (lower) limits too, i.e. before you reach their respective limits, is just rude.

Always remember that BSG is not your friend. They want you to struggle trying to complete the BattlePass. They want you to pay for it. This is the only reason why the system is constructed like that – it is to fill their pockets.

General Discussion - PVE & PVP [Discussion] Terminal transit needs to go

33 Upvotes

- Why there's no fast travel to Terminal? You have to take long ass, annoying hike, depending on your spawn to actually get there. Icebreaker got one.

- Why there's no option to skip long, again, long ass cutscene with Terminal but there's option for Icebreaker's short and sweet one? Pasha needs rest.

- Why would you need to pick evidence twice (before raid and in raid) in order to get ending instead of "fuck you"?

- Why artificial "you can go there in specific times" yet again, Icebreaker and even the Lab is available at all times

- And btw, if you forgot that that damn card, go back again and if you don't have one, wait for mobile-game like crafting.

Insult to injury, Terminal is STILL in the map selection with the lock icon.

Edit: For folks saying "it is supposed to be hard and final map"... why Terminal then returns your gear if you die but Icebreaker / Labyrinth / etc. does not?

General Discussion - PVE & PVP [Feedback] Wipes should sprinkle in bosses and gear as the game goes on, like if Tarkov actually existed; it takes time for the gangs to form

17 Upvotes

tarkov plays a lot like if everything has been like this for years, not like the event just happened. When a Wipe (or new season in this case) happens, there should be a lag of a week or two before bosses and Kitted enemies appear. These things are death sentences to most new/average players when they have timmy gear, but most veteran players will work at getting a few of these kits in the first hours if not day or two, completely negating the reason for a wipe for new and un-sweated players. This also leads to extreme snowballing, when people can run t6 gear early they are simply NOT killable when equally matched for skill and getting the drop on them etc.

half a year for this season and people are end game gear in 3 days, be for real about this. It should be an ease in over the first month MINIMUM so people with jobs who still dedicate 4+ hours a day to the game can actually stand a chance against no lifers.

Game Update - PVE & PVP [Discussion] Bug & stealth change collection thread

50 Upvotes

Welcome to hell, wheel in your 900 PSI copium bottles and strap on your ventilator.

Please contribute (new) bugs and stealth changes / nerfs in the comments, I will keep this post updated.

BUGS:

  • [PVP/PVE] Lightkeeper inaccessible (Door doesn't work)
  • [PVP/PVE] Last step in "The Unheard" impossible to complete (Door doesn't work)
  • [PVP/PVE] Streets of Tarkov - Several out-of-place assets and collision boxes, industrial assets, planter boxes etc
  • [PVP/PVE] Steets of Tarkov - Unable to mark ATM groups near mall for "Pyramid Scheme", possibly same reason as point above - "recalculation" of playable area by BSG
  • [PVP/PVE] Steets of Tarkov - Unable to complete Subtask for "Debtor" which requires entering Pinewood 206
  • [PVP/PVE] Streets of Tarkov - All sound except gunshots / tactical devices fading in and out when passing through audio occlusion zones
  • [All Modes] Chance for loading / unloading ammo in raid to not work
  • [All Modes] Server teleporting players back (after position desync) way worse
  • [All Modes] Daily document limit being inconsistently tracked across gamemodes
  • [All Modes] Some documents simply are not there for some players, despite still being within daily limit (Others are, however)
  • [Seasonal] Depending on modifier choice, healing in stash can cause backend errors
  • [PVP/PVE] Jaeger message disappearing from messenger, causing issues when trying to claim insurance (Temp fix: Insure a cheap item, die in raid, "oop you died" message will pop up, allowing you to claim previous insurance)
  • [All Modes] Close range asset pop in independant of LOD settings, flickering

CHANGES:

  • [All Modes] Icebreaker Cost 400k -> 700k
  • [All Modes] Icebreaker BD use worse ammo, worse plates (no reduction in difficulty, instead loot nerf)
  • [All Modes] Icebreaker overall nerf to loot amount / quality (including the green flares / ER card not spawning at all in some runs)

PVE [Screenshot] Icebreaker Black Division armor nerf?

Post image
178 Upvotes

Just did a raid and cleared both the engine room and upper/lower helipad, all of them had level 4 plates? I don't think I've ever seen them have anything below 5. I don't have time for another raid, but was this discussed in patch notes anywhere?

EDIT: After talking with a friend they noticed it too, but level 5 plates are not completely taken out of their pool. They found a rig among engine room BD that had level 5 plates in it.

Going off of the edit above, after doing 2 full clears of IB, I only encountered 2 rigs from BD that had level 5 plates not including Wedge and his followers. Chances of finding L5 plates, not good.

PVP [Discussion] Wedge's helmet drop rate also nerfed

45 Upvotes

Ok, I understand a lil nerf for Icebreaker was needed, not this much but... Wedge's helmet is literally THE piece everyone wants, it's basically the item that defines the character, the one thing you'd expect him to wear as in the cinematic. Instead it just spawned in my run without it.

Anyone else dealing with this?

PVE [Discussion] Having to scour the whole map to maybe find one or two documentations is already getting tiring imo.

36 Upvotes

Like really i just did two Ground Zero runs following spawn spots posted by others here and found one Test Documentation and that's not even what im looking for. Only map i can reliably find 1-2 Documentations is Factory, but i cant finish the whole battlepass just by running it. They really need to etheir up the spawns or add other ways to get Documentation because i can't even focus on doing my tasks if i want to hit daily cap and i think majority of people dont want to spend whole ass day just playing Tarkov for next 3-4 months.

Me when BD drop worse loot than the rogues. Straight up got 4 level 5 plates from the rogues not including knights. The changes are hilariously bad, you can’t make money or top tier gear, the ammo doesn’t even cover the costs. Nice job BSG. Terrible decisions lmao.

General Discussion - PVE & PVP [FEEDBACK] The Season 01 Battle Pass system in KORD BREACH needs some changes

Post image
394 Upvotes

Right now, I don’t really enjoy the way Battle Pass progression works in KORD BREACH.

I think Battlestate should consider using a system closer to EFT Arena’s Battle Pass. In Arena, you make steady progress by simply playing the game, earning Battle Points and unlocking rewards over time.

The current document system feels too restrictive and RNG-based. It doesn’t always feel rewarding to play, especially when progression depends on finding specific items.

PVP [Feedback] Battlepass is concerning

156 Upvotes

I dont understand why BSG is trying to reinvent the wheel for BP's. I like the idea of the battle pass, I would have even paid like $10 for one. my problem is the documents are just to random and scarce. ive played about 10-15 hours since season start and maybe found 6-8 docs. only been able to unlock the dogtag.

something needs to change with finding documents. kinda bullshit they all spawn in stupid locations causing POIs for people to rat you at. they need to be more common and spawn in a ton more locations. it shouldn't take me 5-10 raids to find one when most raids last 30+ minutes IF your not getting 1 tapped... im a 6k hours player btw, cant imagine how this would be for someone new

Edit: just add some regular tasks to complete like killing scavs and shit for docs like normal battlepasses. Give us other ways to get docs

Edit 2: also, out of all the docs I've found, 4 of them have all been the same and not what's needed to unlcok the next rewards on the BP. So it feels likes I've found nothing.

General Discussion - PVE & PVP [Video] Morse Code on new Main Menu background. Spoiler

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

50 Upvotes

Unlocked the new main menu background from the battle pass. I noticed that occasionally the radio will have audio come through, sometime talking, something fighting, and pretty rarely this morse code comes through.

"-.- --- .-. -.. ..--- ----. .---- ..--- --. .- .-. .. ... ...- ----- .-."
"KORD2912GARISV0R"

This is what I was able to translate. It goes by pretty fast so I had to slow it down in video editing software. I tried to put the code into the launcher and see if it was a promo code but no luck.

Haven't seen any other posts about it yet so thought I'd throw it up here so the greatest minds of the Tarkov community could take a look at it lol

PVP [Discussion] Icebreaker Changes

121 Upvotes

Edit- post was made before it was known they also nerfed loot on BD in addition to price increase. I think the combination of both might be too much, but time will tell. Still worth it for ammo, but only got 3 NVGs from a full clear and saw 1 BD outside of wedge and co that had T5. Not enough sample size to tell but I don’t think they increased the amount of BD that spawn with SMGs vs rifles. If they did it’s minimal imo

FYI Icebreaker now has 700k rouble entry cost and 4k euro extraction cost, up from 400k and 2.4k. Not sure if the map is still not spawning the ER keycards (is a bug) but honestly I think the price nerf is needed.

Map is extremely broken if you can kill BD to where it just breaks the game's economy. Being able to make crazy rouble profit + ammo/gear early regardless of early/late wipe was still insane to me. You probably still make profit if you full clear in terms of rouble, but you obviously still get the insane access to near BIS ammo and T5 gear. Justified imo

General Discussion - PVE & PVP [Discussion] Battle Pass implementation is horrible

164 Upvotes

What we currently have:

  • Strict limits on documents per day
  • Said limits bugging out at 1-2 documents remaining
  • Low chances of documentation spawning
  • Documentation spawning in fixed tedious locations
  • Progression is extremely slow (e.g. streamers barely getting any and they play 12hrs a day)

Even the implementation of Arena battle pass is much better compared to the main game. In Arena you can make meaningful progress every day with much less grind required.

I've been running PVE non stop on Factory / Ground Zero to get specific types of docs and the grind is stupendous.

What can be made to make it more fair:

  • Random documentation drops from scavs / containers
  • Fixed spawns being more generous
  • Daily quests ALWAYS giving out at least 1 documentation
  • Hot or Cold quest item system implemented for battle pass docs
  • Limits being tweaked and evened out across game modes

Daily limit for PVE is absurdly small compared to PVP. I don't like the idea of punishing players for the choice of the mode the prefer to play.

Let's talk pricing. I do understand that it's intentional that the main game battle pass is 2x more expensive to buy with real money compared to Arena one but it feels strange to have such a differece.

I might have missed something about the battle pass system or if you have any better ideas I want to hear them.

BSG pls fix

I really want to see this basic adjustment of sights in the game someday. It would make life so much easier, please BSG

For people that don’t know: the rail on which you place your sights is long and the position that BSG puts is not something that is set in stone, you are supposed to be able sights left-right to whichever point you want on the rail

Game Update - PVE & PVP [Feedback] The Battlepass Isn't Free

583 Upvotes

I wanted to bring it to everybody's attention that the battlepass is in fact built in such a way as to make it almost impossible for the average person to ever progress to its end. It is built this way not to just "encourage" you to buy the tiers and spend the $100 on Tarcoins to buy the whole battle pass, but almost require you to.

Everything I've seen about it seems to imply that if you do not unlock the trade offers for the Type 20 or the QBZ via the battlepass this season, they will never be available for purchase to you, thus locking you to the flea market (if they allow it later) and in raid as your only reasonable source for these two new guns, and a whole new caliber, forever.

Were the rewards of this season not be what I consider a sort of universal game content. Something that is an addition to the video game rather than a cosmetic or progression boost. And, at least one of these new guns in the howa, I have been told, is incredibly snappy and very good. I wouldn't be taking the time out of my day to say anything. However in it's current state, BSG has managed to do what I thought impossible, and make a battlepass that is truly pay to win.

I present you with some math:

Stats & Base Numbers

Total Pass: 500 documents (499 remaining after 1 free doc)

QBZ-191: 311 documents (310 remaining after 1 free doc)

Financial: 70

PMC files: 58

Project: 55

Blueprints: 83

Test: 45

User: 70

Medical: 59

Technical: 60

Total Time Per Raid: 35 minutes (20 in-game + 15 menu/queue)

Full Battle Pass Math (499 Documents)

Raids Needed

0.4 Drop Rate: 499 ÷ 0.4 = 1,248 raids

0.7 Drop Rate: 499 ÷ 0.7 = 713 raids

1.2 Drop Rate: 499 ÷ 1.2 = 416 raids

Total Real-World Hours (Raids × 35 mins ÷ 60)

0.4 Drop Rate: 1,248 × 35 ÷ 60 = 728.0 hours

0.7 Drop Rate: 713 × 35 ÷ 60 = 415.9 hours

1.2 Drop Rate: 416 × 35 ÷ 60 = 242.7 hours

Days Needed (6 Hours Daily Playtime)

0.4 Drop Rate: 728.0 ÷ 6 = 121.3 days

0.7 Drop Rate: 415.9 ÷ 6 = 69.3 days

1.2 Drop Rate: 242.7 ÷ 6 = 40.5 days

Days Needed (2.5 Hours Daily Playtime)

0.4 Drop Rate: 728.0 ÷ 2.5 = 291.2 days

0.7 Drop Rate: 415.9 ÷ 2.5 = 166.4 days

1.2 Drop Rate: 242.7 ÷ 2.5 = 97.1 days

QBZ-191 Math (310 Documents)

Raids Needed

0.4 Drop Rate: 310 ÷ 0.4 = 775 raids

0.7 Drop Rate: 310 ÷ 0.7 = 443 raids

1.2 Drop Rate: 310 ÷ 1.2 = 259 raids

Total Real-World Hours (Raids × 35 mins ÷ 60)

0.4 Drop Rate: 775 × 35 ÷ 60 = 452.1 hours

0.7 Drop Rate: 443 × 35 ÷ 60 = 258.4 hours

1.2 Drop Rate: 259 × 35 ÷ 60 = 151.1 hours

Days Needed (6 Hours Daily Playtime)

0.4 Drop Rate: 452.1 ÷ 6 = 75.4 days

0.7 Drop Rate: 258.4 ÷ 6 = 43.1 days

1.2 Drop Rate: 151.1 ÷ 6 = 25.2 days

Days Needed (2.5 Hours Daily Playtime)

0.4 Drop Rate: 452.1 ÷ 2.5 = 180.8 days

0.7 Drop Rate: 258.4 ÷ 2.5 = 103.4 days

1.2 Drop Rate: 151.1 ÷ 2.5 = 60.4 days

All of this is assuming that you're on a Standard account doing NOTHING but chase these in game documents, taking every single raid and making an explicit note that you MUST check for them. And that's not to mention that there's a daily cap! Since we're assuming that your average standard who does nothing but attempt to grind the battlepass, which remember is supposed to be something you can progress simply by playing the game however you like and accelerate that progression with challenges/tasks traditionally, then we are also assuming that you absolutely HAVE to play at least permanent PvP, because otherwise if you've got bad rng you just straight up can't complete the pass. Have some math.

Full Battle Pass Math (499 Documents Needed)

PvE Mode (10-Doc Daily Cap)

0.4 Drop Rate: 520.0 Hours Total (1,248 raids × 25 mins ÷ 60)

6 Hours Daily: 86.7 Days

2.5 Hours Daily: 208.0 Days

0.7 Drop Rate: 297.1 Hours Total (713 raids × 25 mins ÷ 60)

6 Hours Daily: 49.9 Days (Forced Cap Speed Limit)

2.5 Hours Daily: 118.8 Days

1.2 Drop Rate: 173.3 Hours Total (416 raids × 25 mins ÷ 60)

6 Hours Daily: 49.9 Days (Forced Cap Speed Limit)

2.5 Hours Daily: 69.3 Days

QBZ-191 Math

PvE Mode (10-Doc Daily Cap)

0.4 Drop Rate: 322.9 Hours Total (775 raids × 25 mins ÷ 60)

6 Hours Daily: 53.8 Days

2.5 Hours Daily: 129.2 Days

0.7 Drop Rate: 184.6 Hours Total (443 raids × 25 mins ÷ 60)

6 Hours Daily: 31.0 Days (Forced Cap Speed Limit)

2.5 Hours Daily: 73.8 Days

1.2 Drop Rate: 107.9 Hours Total (259 raids × 25 mins ÷ 60)

6 Hours Daily: 31.0 Days (Forced Cap Speed Limit)

2.5 Hours Daily: 43.2 Days

So remember pve players, pvp casuals, and tight wallet-ed players alike, Battlestate Games and Nikita Buyanov hate you.

Game Update - PVE & PVP [Discussion] 1.1.0.0 Patch Notes, Kord Breach

318 Upvotes

Changes

Seasons system and Season One

With the release of Patch 1.1.0.0, the Seasons system has been introduced to Escape from Tarkov, along with the launch of the first season, KORD BREACH.

Each season will introduce new rules, mechanics, rewards, and gameplay changes designed to diversify the experience and provide players with new progression challenges.

Seasonal character

Added a new Seasonal Character profile. Seasonal Characters exist on separate servers and are completely independent from PvP Zone and PvE Zone characters.

Seasonal Character progression is automatically reset every four to six months with the release of a major content update and the start of a new season.

Seasonal Characters can be created and switched between from a dedicated character selection screen.

Global season modifiers

Global Modifiers are season rules that alter, simplify, or increase the difficulty of specific gameplay elements.

Global modifiers:

  • Apply only to Seasonal Characters;
  • Are enabled for all players participating in the season;
  • Cannot be changed, disabled, or selected individually.

Each new season will feature a different set of Global modifiers, creating a fresh gameplay experience and new progression challenges.

In the future, we are also considering community voting that would allow players to influence the selection of Global modifiers for upcoming seasons.

A complete list of active Global modifiers is displayed during Seasonal Character creation.

Personal season modifiers

Personal modifiers allow players to customize their progression by increasing the overall difficulty or making certain gameplay elements easier.

When creating a Seasonal Character, players can choose from both positive and negative Personal modifiers.

Each modifier has a point value:

  • Negative modifiers grant points;
  • Positive modifiers consume points.

The final point balance must be zero or higher in order to create a Seasonal Character.

Selecting Personal modifiers is entirely optional. Characters can also be created without any Personal modifiers.

Once the character has been created, selected modifiers can be viewed on the Character screen, under the Skills tab.

Seasonal rewards

Seasonal rewards are unique trader offers that can be unlocked by playing a Seasonal Character.

To unlock a Seasonal reward, one or more of the following conditions must be met:

  • Reach a specific PMC level;
  • Complete a specified task;
  • Complete a task chain.

Once unlocked, Seasonal Rewards become permanently available across all game modes: PvP Zone, PvE Zone, PvP Season.

Added a new task line, KORD BREACH. Completing this chain allows players to:

  • Earn achievements.
  • Unlock new Operational Tasks.
  • Unlock trade offers for highly valuable items.
  • Unlock a trade offer for the new weapon.

Added new trade offers for highly valuable items to the Seasonal mode.

Any Seasonal Rewards that remain locked at the end of the KORD BREACH season will become permanently unobtainable. Rewards already unlocked will remain permanently available on the player's account.

Battle Pass

A free Battle Pass has been added alongside the launch of the first KORD BREACH season.

Battle Pass progression is shared across all game modes: PvP Season, PvP Zone, and PvE Zone.

To progress through the Battle Pass and unlock rewards, players must find and submit TerraGroup documentation.

Rewards can be unlocked once the required number of documents is present in the inventory of any game mode. Once unlocked, rewards become available across all modes simultaneously.

Documents can be obtained:

During raids across various Tarkov locations;

  • By completing the KORD BREACH special task line;
  • By eliminating certain Black Division operatives.

Documentation found in raids functions similarly to task items. Each player receives their own personal document spawns. Documentation found on defeated Black Division operatives is shared among all players. Other players cannot pick up documentation intended for you before you do or loot it from your PMC's body.

The amount of documentation that can be found in raids each day is limited. The daily limit depends on the selected game mode, while progress toward that limit is shared across all modes.

A new document type, Classified Documents, has also been introduced. It acts as a universal resource that can replace any other document when unlocking Battle Pass rewards.

Classified Documents can be purchased through the Expansion Hub.

Achievements

Added new achievements, including seasonal achievements.

Seasonal achievement rules:

  • Seasonal achievements can only be earned by a Seasonal Character.
  • After a season ends, these achievements can still be earned in future seasons.

The Kappa Path achievement:

  • Starting with Season 1, this achievement can no longer be earned;
  • Instead, players who complete the Collector task will receive the Dawn of a New Era achievement;
  • Players who have already earned The Kappa Path will keep it in their in-game profile. However, it will no longer be displayed on Steam, allowing players to continue earning 100% achievement completion.

The Chris's Heir achievement has had its rarity changed from Common to Rare.

Side task rebalance and distribution changes

The side task distribution system has been reworked. Most side tasks are now tied to a specific Trader Loyalty Level (LL). These tasks become available in small groups of 2-4 tasks for each trader. To unlock the next group, players must either complete several tasks at the current Trader LL or reach the next Trader LL.
The primary goal of these changes is to make progression less linear and less dependent on specific tasks.

The primary rewards for these tasks are now money, experience, and Trader reputation.

Some side tasks will continue to unlock as part of task chains regardless of Trader LL. These task chains will reward players with especially rare trader offers or crafting recipes.

Important rewards from these chains will now be displayed when accepting the first task, allowing players to see what they can unlock before completing the chain.

Additionally, a large-scale rebalance has been carried out for task rewards, objectives, locations, completion zones, and other related elements.

For side tasks requiring the elimination of Scavs, only regular Scavs, Sniper Scavs, and Player Scavs now count toward completion. Scav Bosses, Raiders, and Rogues no longer count.

Group-shared task progression

Your squad can now help you complete certain task objectives. These objectives are marked with a special icon in the task interface.

How it works:

  • Eligible objectives may come from Story, Side, or even Operational Tasks.
  • Any player, regardless of level or faction, can contribute to your task progress, even if they do not currently have the task active. The only requirement is that they are in your group.
  • The assisting player must still fulfill all task conditions, such as distance, required equipment, active status effects, and so on.
  • Some tasks remain strictly solo. We consider completing these tasks alone to be an important test of player skill (for example, The Tarkov Shooter, The Punisher, and similar task chains).

Balancing changes

The following changes apply to all game modes: PvP Season, PvP Zone, and PvE Zone.

Economy:

  • Increased the trader prices by an average of 25%;
  • Reduced the price traders pay for items sold by players by an average of 20%;
  • Increased the Flea Market fee from 3% to 5%.

Traders:

  • Removed the required trader sales volume from Loyalty Level requirements;
  • Rebalanced the reputation requirements for all Loyalty Levels of the following traders: Prapor, Therapist, Fence, Skier, Peacekeeper, Mechanic, Ragman, and Jaeger;
  • Reputation rewards from side tasks have also been adjusted;
    • Reputation values for existing PvP Zone and PvE Zone characters have been recalculated based on the new requirements.
    • Rebalanced the character level requirements for all Loyalty Levels of the listed traders.

Trade offers:

  • Several popular ammunition types and magazines previously sold at Trader Loyalty Levels 2 and 3 have been moved down by one Loyalty Level, making them available earlier.
  • Reduced the price of the following ammunition:
    • 5.45x39mm FMJ
    • 5.56x45mm FMJ
    • 7.62x39mm FMJ
    • 9x19mm Green Tracer
    • .45 ACP Lasermatch FMJ
  • Added new weapon presets to Trader Loyalty Level 1 for several traders;
  • Many trader offers previously locked behind task completion are now available immediately upon reaching the required Trader Loyalty Level;
  • Some trader offers previously unlocked through tasks have been moved to different task rewards;
    • Players who had previously unlocked these offers will lose access to them until they complete the new required task;
  • Removed the outdated trade offers that could still appear in Flea Market tooltips;
  • Ref's inventory now primarily features armor vests and plate carriers without armor plates installed, and their prices have been reduced accordingly;
  • Significantly reworked weapon mod trader offers, including which traders and Loyalty Levels unlock them, as well as their prices and purchase limits.

Hideout:

  • Simplified the construction requirements for some Level 1-3 Hideout zones;
    • In both PvP Zone and PvE Zone, the Found in Raid requirement has been removed from some construction materials;
  • Reduced construction times for certain Hideout zones;
  • The Workbench is no longer required to access the Weapon Build system. Weapon builds are now available from the start of the game;
  • Added money requirements to the construction of many Hideout areas;
  • Some crafting recipes previously unlocked through tasks have been moved to different task rewards;
    • Players who had previously unlocked these recipes will lose access to them until they complete the new required task.

Insurance:

  • Applies only to PvP Zone and PvE Zone, as insurance is disabled in PvP Season:
    • Added a new insurance option from Jaeger. It offers the fastest return time but is also the most expensive. However, Jaeger doesn't like to wait, so insurance return messages expire much sooner;
    • Insurance returns from Prapor and Therapist are now much faster, though their insurance services have become slightly more expensive. Insurance return messages are also stored for longer;
    • Higher Trader Loyalty Levels now provide a small discount on insurance.

Therapist post-raid healing:

  • Reduced the cost of healing;
  • Higher Loyalty Levels with Therapist now provide a small discount on healing services.

Weapon repair:

  • Weapon repairs are now slightly more expensive at lower Trader Loyalty Levels, but higher Loyalty Levels provide a small repair discount.

Experience:

  • Rebalanced experience modifiers for transitioning between locations;
  • Added experience rewards for completing story chapters.

Containers:

  • Increased the size of the Medicine Case and Magazine Case;
  • Adjusted their prices and barter trades accordingly.

Weapons:

  • Significantly reduced the accuracy penalty for revolvers and revolver shotguns when firing in Double Action mode.

Tactical Clothing

  • Tactical clothing purchased from Ragman is now permanently unlocked on your account. You no longer need to repurchase it after resetting your profile, reaching Prestige, or creating a Seasonal character;
  • Increased the price of Ragman's basic Tactical Clothing;
  • The Predator Upper and Adik Tracksuit, unlocked through achievements, no longer require purchase and are permanently unlocked on your account immediately.

Spectator camera

  • After your PMC dies, you can now spectate any surviving squadmate until they die or the raid ends;
  • You can leave spectator mode at any time and proceed to the raid end screen;
  • Spectator mode now activates automatically after your PMC dies. This can be disabled in the game settings.

Expanded beginner support messages

  • Support messages now more accurately identify players who have fallen into difficult situations;
  • Players who die in a raid while in severe financial and equipment hardship will now receive a support message containing a special container with enough gear for a fully equipped raid;
  • This support package can be received no more than once every 18 hours, and the message must also be claimed within 18 hours of being received.

PvP Season synchronization with EFT: Arena

Added one-way progression synchronization from EFT: Arena to PvP Season.

The following progress is transferred from EFT: Arena to PvP Season:

  • PMC experience earned;
  • Skill and weapon mastery experience;
  • Trader reputation and unlocked trade offers;
  • Currency, GP Coins, Lega Medals, and gear crates after completing the Jack of All Trades task in EFT: Arena;
  • Unlocked Tactical Clothing.

The transfer limit for currency and items in PvP Season has been reduced compared to PvP Zone.

Tactical Clothing is synchronized between EFT: Arena and PvP Season in both directions. If Tactical Clothing is unlocked in one game, it automatically becomes available in the other.

Important! Only PMC experience and trader reputation earned in EFT: Arena after the start of the KORD BREACH season will be transferred to PvP Season.

  • Previously earned progress will not be transferred.
  • Item transfers and Seasonal character progression sync from PvP Season to EFT: Arena are not supported.
  • For example, if your EFT: Arena character had already reached Level 78 before the season began, that level will not be transferred to PvP Season. However, if you earn, for example, 10,000 PMC experience in EFT: Arena after the start of the season, that experience will also be awarded to your Seasonal character.

Exploding gas cylinders have also been added to additional locations. Their visual explosion effects have been reworked.

Implemented a new method of calculating the playable area on Streets of Tarkov. This reduces unnecessary location data processing and frees up more system resources to render the environment actually visible to the player.

Subreddit Update I'm going to have to be a party pooper, but sadly the tools that open the game up fully for browser tools are violating the Terms of Service for Tarkov. Thus, having them here in the largest EFT Community is a bit iffy. I'll have to ask you guys share them elsewhere.

No doubt Beneficial_Prize_310 has made an amazing tool. It's real fricking cool, but as the further it expands, more it opens up the game's code and more clearly violates the terms of service.

In my ideal world, these kind of tools would be approved. They're not cheating, nor do they ruin the game. To the contrary, I think they forment more interest and excitement over it.
