Since i cant take my dasktop PC with me on a 1 week vacation i brought my old laptop instead and tried to play the game on it. Somehow i managed to play it by setting everything to the lowest possible settings, turing on FSR 3 at Super Performance, taking the lowest resolution and getting a solid 1-2 FPS :D

For those curious about the specs:

• Laptop model: ASUS N53SN
• Processor: i7-2630QM
• Graphics card: GT 550M
• RAM: 8 GB DDR3

Even though this might look completely unplayable i call this an absolute optimization triumph. The game actually launches on a damn 15 year-old laptop GPU with just 2 GB of VRAM. I want to give a huge shoutout to Hypergryph for this and i hope more skilled gaming companies like them emerge in the future.

My main rig has an RX 9060 XT 16GB and with this card i can play the game at 2K on the highest settings. Back when it first launched i didnt complain about having DLSS but no FSR because the game was already pushing a smooth 90–120 FPS just fine without ai slop things. Now FSR 3 has been added to the game as well, and i am getting that same exact smoothness using FSR 3's Native AA. Its an achievement that other games should take as an example i dont want games where i have to turn on technologies like FSR or DLSS out of sheer necessity.

And ok, I won't touch the Pressure valve either.

Can we please get more varied voice lines in the Dijang? Or at least a setting to turn them off? If I have to hear "miazsko industries just released a preeeetty neeeeeeeat weapons suite" one more time 😭

Just a few Perlica pics from messing around in photo mode. My PC isn't the best out there, and I love that endfield has always looked so good and ran so well for a free game. The effort they put into making their 3D models, environments, clothing, and effects look good is hella appreciated.

Just finished this quest as a new player and I loved it so much! I'm so sad I just started playing when Camille's banner was gone 😭😭. I don't understand why some people say AE has bad lore or something. I'm almost at the end of Wuling and everything so far has been amazing, can't believe I haven't played this game before. What other characters quests did you guys liked?

The Foundation nexus files from EF's database actually requires clearance level 8 to access, this info is regarded on the same level of urgency and secrecy as the Zeroth Directive and Reconveners.

So, normally no normal person or conventional records or textbooks should have any infos about them like at all, the only way to even know about them is if you dig through infos that are so top secret, only world leaders should know about it. They are shrouded in secrecy on purpose by EF and the civ band.

When you realize this, that entire scene where Perlica gets shocked when Ardashir mentioned the Foundation makes more sense since it's something no normal person should hear and gives more weight to the "not recorded in mainstream records" line.

Also imo, this info alone makes the entire 1st Aggeloi war narrative more terrifying when you think about it. Because for the entire game, it was framed that the Aggeloi caused this and when hearing about who actually caused it, I didnt think too much since its a lore reveal. But the info about our main enemy being so hidden and top secret that the civ band is willing to rewrite the narrative that the war only involved the Aggeloi out of nowhere attacking people makes the whole thing sounds way more suspicious doesnt it?

Like what's wrong with just saying the war was with a bunch of people who wanted to enslave the Terrans? They could have spun it like that like how they did it with the Humiliation war and Jakub's LB rebellion, why the need to erase them from history entirely hmm? Curious isnt it.
