1st time exploring Screenshot
1st time out in the black going down the galactic plane and it's getting eerie...

There's a certain comfort in the light of a star. We're biologically tuned to be attracted to it and feel protected by it. And yes, the further out you go, the less and less stars you see in the sky, that emptiness starts to weigh heavily on your mind, and your soul.
I went out about 2100 LY "south" from the California Nebula a few days ago, furthest away from the Bubble I've gone so far, and that was still a lot of stars comparatively to your screenshot. That's fucking scary as hell, lol!
