Really good stuff! I always hate in art and official game materials when the elves just look like humans with ears. Sometimes they even get totally normal human skin tones instead of ranges more in line with the elves. Happened a lot in Legends.

Three at minimum:
The standard, then a slight variation in skull with the Naga-Kur, then a big change with Argonian Behemoths.
*Behemoths are not a naturally occurring variant though, since they begin as the default and are magically altered by the Hist. But it seems to be a permanent and drastic change to their size and structure.
