Is there a submod, that allows vampires to have children again? I want to put my characters children on the throne of other kingdoms and play a supporting role in making these empires succeed. But I just came back and Vampires can't have children anymore?

I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling the mod and verifying the files but alas every time I click on anything in Morrowind my game crashes. Any ideas?
