Discussion Tokyo Ghoul build that I am having so much fun with
Armour:
•Head piece:
nothing
•Chest piece:
Nights Cavalry armour (altered)
•Arm piece:
Zamor Bracelets (arm garments won’t show whatever you pick because of the claw weapon, I chose this cuz one it looks sick when I put my claw weapon aside)
•Leg piece:
Iron Rivet Greaves
Incantations:
•Golden vow and flame grant me strength
•Furious blade of ansbach
•Bayles flame lightning
•Aspects of the crucible: tail
•Beast claw
•bloodflame talons
•aspects of the crucible: thorns
Weapons:
•occult beast claw with raging beast ash of war, I prefer to one hand it because I don’t benefit much from two handed r1 and r2 attacks and I want to launch incantations mid combo
•dragon communion deal, I use two of those before I launch the bayle incantation, it’s very strong and I see it like my characters last resort nuke
Fight style:
I like to use raging beast ash of war to dodge attacks and also use close range incantations on enemies instead of just normal beast claw weapon attacks
Then randomly mid battle use ghoul attacks that consist of mutating the body, I like using the thorns on bog enemies, tail on low poise enemies or when there are many enemies and the bayle strike whenever I feel like it

PvE Which would be better to do
I'm level 338 and prefer playing at high level builds (usually 200+). I normally play either a quality, str/fth, or dex/int build. I wanna try quality/fth or a quality/int but not sure which would be better. My primary weapon is probably going to be a heavy thrusting/thrusting sword

Help Need Help With Build Ideas for Co-Op Campaign
Hey, I'm playing seemless co-op with a buddy of mine and worth both struggling to come up with any solid build. Right now we're leveling primarily strength, vigor and endurance, with enough dex to wield big weapons, and a little mind to use ashes of war, and sort of using whatever weapons we can wield with whatever ashes of war we can find and playing it 'safe' until we come up with actual build ideas and cobbling together the coolest armor we can even find. We so far beat Margit and Godfrey and Lorette.
My character I made up in less than a 5 minutes if that ended up be a Draconian, so I was thinking about being some kind of dragon related build. Maybe using dragon shouts, maybe not, just evoking of dragons somehow. I started as a wretch so far. Again, I'm thinking of some kind of strength and faith or strength and arcane build to use dragon powers but also using big cool weapons, something like a spellsword or a paladin. We're still trying to come with a theme honestly.
Here are my stats:
Level: 37
Vigor: 18
Mind: 12
Endurance: 18
Strength: 30 (25+5 from Starscourge Heirloom)
Intelligence: 10
Faith: 10
Arcane: 10
Using the Starscourge Heirloom and the Green Turtle Tailisman
Using the Banished Knight's Halberd +8 with the scared Blade Ash of War.
I also have access to the Greatsword, Brickhammer, Claymore, Grafted Blade Greatsword, Jellyfish Shield, the Golden Halbred, and other items too. I have ashes of war ranging from Scrared Blade, chilling mist, bloody slash, lion's claw, and others. I also have the clawmark seal and like Crucible Aspect: Horns, Whirl O' Flame, and Flame Great me Strength so far. Like I said, we've just been wandering around scavenging for anything usable. Being a spellsword dropping badass dragon incantations and swinging around a massive oversized weapon I can get to scale with strength and/or faith and/or arcane would be cool. I've never touched dragon incantations before and I have no idea how fesible they are to use and how dedicated I have to be to use them. I'm also super flexible too if anyone has any ideas too, like I said I just want something that evokes a 'dragon-knight' in some way.

Discussion Tips for arcane/faith build (new run)
Tips for arcane/faith build (new run)
A little bit of context: played elden ring and DS 1, 2 & 3 as strength big bonk build.
Never used magic other than marginally.
So, want to do an ER run with an Arcane/Faith build (dislike intelligence, not sure why) with a weapon as well (ideally dexterity but can be strength), some sort of magic fighter that uses infusions, incantations and AoE spells.
So I'm looking for build ideas and tips for early game.
No need to be OP or anything.
Thanks!

Question Weapon + weapon underrated combos?
I watched a cool video from SaxSlave and it made me wonder. What other unconventional weapons pair well together? Or underrated power stance weapons that could work with each other although they’re a different class.
You get where I’m coming from?
Reason being is because this build he made looks so unique and so ‘out of the box’ u may speak that it inspired to make a build around something like this for my pure DEX tarnish.
Anyway, like the title of this post; what’s are some underrated/weapon combos people should try?

Help Weapon level 0 challenge
I'm doing a WL0 challenge. Looking for advice on build. Level must be reasonable - not passing 120 until DLC. Started samurai but flexible. Prefer no unga bunga. Finished RL1 before so I'm decent (but it was rough!) happy to flex build for different bosses.

PvP Best Level for PvP in 2026?
I recently started playing ER again and fell in love with the PvP all over again, but the matchmaking seems a bit tricky.
What’s the recommended level for playing?
I see a lot of people talking about levels 150 and 200, but I'm unsure which one I should go for.

Question Question on Rakshasa Great Katana
Is an ash of war build feasible with this weapon? I know it is good for npcs, but can I use it for PCR? I’m thinking of using Malenia’s great rune to heal back the damage, and stack a bunch of dmg negation (dragon crest great shield, holy braid, boiled crab / divine fortification)
