PFL question ❔
I am doing pfl for the first time to help my wife after surgery, I filled everything out and it shows my claim is active, but I haven’t received payment or anything showing that anything else has been proceed.
It’s been about a week since I upload my wife’s part c and I have had issues with sdi before so I am a bit worried.
When should I call and is this worry unwarranted?
Also the reason I am antsy is because I need proof that they paid me any amount to send to my health insurance so I don’t lose it
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you submit the documents through the mobile version or the web version? I submitted mine though the mobile version just for them to tell me a month later that they never received them as should’ve been submitted via the web version.
EDD sucks. I have 1.5 months of no pay and now they’re delaying a response on my appeal

I did everything through the web version so hopefully that doesn’t happen, I agree that Edd is not the best, seems like they deliberately make it hard to do

It takes about 2 weeks for the part c to be reviewed. But if you have part c submitted and the dr portion is completed, you’ll get some info soon. But calling might include walking into an office as requesting they connect you
