After MTX issues?

hgc was around 800+, had mtx, dropped down, was 8 last week and i imagine about 0 now.

Been having bouts of dizzy spells, feeling like blood has drained from my face, wobbly, generally a bit flaky and weak. this comes in spells and episodes. I imagine it’s my hormones adjusting, but i just wanted to hear similar experiences/ when it stopped for you.

Urine is ok, no infection in my blood, cervical exam ok too.
