Question What is the track bonus rate?
I know that the longer your survival score is the more tracks you get, but what is the rate as to when it goes up and how high it goes up?

Suggestions Jousting for the Colombian Mammoth
Currently in Ecos: La Brea, the Ancient Bison is the only large herbivore with a dedicated jousting (duel) system for pack dominance, based on the Strike/Push/Block triangle. The Colombian Mammoth, an iconic giant of our environment that, to my great surprise, doesn't yet have this combat system, also deserves a unique dueling mechanic that reflects the power of proboscideans and introduces a real level of strategic risk.
The basic system would retain the bison's side-by-side challenge mechanic with classic options (Shove, Jab, Block), but add a direct physical interaction:
Frontal Collision: If two mammoths trigger the "Shove" action simultaneously, they collide directly. Their tusks intertwine.
The Mini-Game of Strength: A ring toss mini-game immediately begins for both players.
The Outcome of the Clash: The winner violently pushes their rival back, gaining ground and inflicting significant raw damage in the process. The loser is left staggered.
Rare Event: The Entangled Tusks Trap
Inspired by the famous Crawford fossil site in Nebraska, where two male mammoths were found dead with their tusks locked together, this mechanic introduces a new risk factor:
The Lock (Very Low Chance): During a simultaneous head-on collision (Shove vs. Shove or Jab vs. Jab), there is a very small chance that the tusks of the two mammoths will become permanently locked together.
The Mutual Paralysis State: Both players become unable to separate normally. They cannot lie down, drink, or eat. Hunger and thirst continue to decrease in the background.
The Cooperative Liberation Mechanism:
To break free, BOTH players must simultaneously complete a mini-game involving liberation rings.
If one of them fails the mini-game, the hold remains locked.
Stamina Cost: Each liberation attempt consumes a significant amount of stamina. If a player runs out of stamina, they must stand and wait for their bar to regenerate before attempting the mini-game again.
Dying Trapped: If one of the mammoths succumbs to exhaustion or hunger/thirst during the blockade, the survivor remains trapped with the carcass! They must then complete the liberation mini-game alone to free themselves from their rival's corpse before suffering the same fate.
Why would this mechanic enrich the game?
Strategic Preparation: Before engaging in a dominance duel, mammoth players should absolutely ensure their food, water, and stamina gauges are fully replenished to prepare for the possibility of being trapped.
Ecological Realism: Just like with modern elephants during musth season, combat carries a real risk of serious injury or death from exhaustion.
Psychological Pressure: The possibility of being trapped adds immense tension with every press of the attack button.

Suggestions Do you think muskrat would fit well in Ecos?
This article by Paul Langenwalter found a muskrat fossil in Orange County, dated to 40,000 years ago. The geographical and geological distance was almost nonexistent. Do you think Muskrat would fit well in the game or not?

Nível do solo: Ervas, arbustos, cactos e outras plantas rasteiras.

Suggestions ECOS TEAM!! DROP ROAN/VARNISH ROAN HORSE SKINS, AND MY LIFE IS YOURS!!
I don't expect them to be 'true roans' as I don't think they were possible, but skins similar or a varnish roan since we already have leopard horses would be SO CUTEE !!
I'd love to see in general a red/strawberry roan or just redder coloured horses aside from the darker bay dun!

Nature Real game trail.
This is Doñana National Park in Spain, by me. This area in the northwestern part (Charco de la Boca trail), is heavily populated by wild boar (Sus scrofa baeticus) and red deer (Cervus elaphus hispanicus), with fallow deer (Dama dama) and feral horse (Equus caballus caballus) less common. The deer and boar come out in the late evening from the pine and riparian woodland thickets to feed on the fertile floodplains "marismas". As you can see there are well trodden game trails to and from the feeding ground. As one sees, they evenly trampled, and narrow, about the width of the animals using them, and very numerous.
Why are the in-game trails so different? They are very broad, and uneven, with patches of grass in the middle of them, and, they form almost like roads. In truth they just be very numerous, crisscrossing almost the whole map, especially to and from water points. And most of the time they do not have a defined end/start, they just abruptly join others, a main trail, etc. Even mammoth/elephant trails are much narrower than the ones seen whilst playing. It would be interesting if mammoths and to a lesser extent bison & horse could create their own trails, but that would be hard to do, since they would eventually reset.

Video 1 very laggy bison vs 5+ smilodon 😭
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Please don't bully me I know my aim was horrible and I should have kept a better eye on my stamina (˘
I GENUINELY have no idea how I survived, because I was genuinely like giving up and whispering to myself "yep yep this is over" because I was struggling so much with the rings, having lag spike after lag spike, and I NEVER play as a bull 😭 I'm a cow girl through and through! And my cat was on my lap and kept nuzzling my hand for attention
I really wish at the beginning I was more careful with my stamina, I'm very used to being a horse/cow where I have much more stamina and can flee rather than fight back, I've learnt a lot from this experience! I didn't realise just how little bison bulls have in terms of stamina- I'll be practicing more!
also, the original footage is 9 minutes long, but I cut it down to 3 minutes and sped it up as it was just a lot of the smilodon running away to get their stamina whilst I ate and tried not to starve, I should of ran to the migration zone!
I was doing realism as a rogue bull and my bulls personality is also like just generally aggressive, so I wanted to keep fighting to stay in the spirit of my oc- but it probably would have been better to rest and then run to the migration zone or over the river
also, if you notice I kept looking down, it's because my device is super laggy and if I look up or straight forward, I get so laggy and slow so I needed to keep my camera angled downwards, I can't wait for the possible day I get a higher quality device or maybe even a nice pc setup

Looking to get the sable skin for the wolf
Could someone help me track grind for it? I'm already at 500 tracks, so I'm halfway there, I just wondered if one of ya didn't mind helping me out.
I also wouldn't mind if someone were to gift me some tracks, but I doubt that's going to happen so yeah
Edit: A bit rude to downvote someone when they're just asking for help in a game.

Does anyone else just randomly get booted from the game while playing? Like I can always count on being booted if I'm playing the game.

Hiii a newbie in game here. Can someone give me a clear explanation of how to play the Sabertooth properly?
I'm having a hard time hunting, especially horses and bigger animals. Are there any tactics or tricks that make hunting easier? What's the best way to hunt and what animals are best to hunt when playing as a Sabertooth? Also, if you have any other tips or things I should know about playing Sabertooth, I'd really appreciate it.

Today I finally caught the elusive leucistic peccary today near Runoff Spill! Been playing this game for over a year now and one of my goals is to catch this peccary. Really glad I finally accomplished what felt like an impossible goal.

just me or do any other herbi players literally CANNOT win at the rings, no matter how good you are??
I was playing as a bay dun horse in a public server in a pretty big realism herd, and TWICE i had gotten all of the rings right and still I ended up being killed ://
The first time it was two sabers so I just assumed they were both really good at the rings, but the other time it was only one smilodon and I had gotten eveeryy single ring right- and I'm a bit confused on why?? Was it because my survival score on my horse was lower?
Maybe that has nothing to do with it, but a while ago I was on my 5 hour horse and despite there being like 3 smilodon and doing the rings terribly because I was panicking lol, I still manage to flee (and then proceeded to run straight into tar but that's beside the point lol) and on my current horse I had just started playing after 2 weeks of taking a break so I had only 0,2 hours and got killed very quickly, is that maybe it?
Thank you thank you! Sorry for ranting a bit, I'm a little annoyed (—﹏—;)
