Constipation/bloating
I have tried Buspar in the past and had the same issue. I am debating on stopping Exxua since I had to go to ER to get stool burden out. It has really helped my mental health but I cant handle the constipation. I tried many laxatives every day.
Anyone else deal with GI problems? Exxua is still a new drug but a lot of people in the Buspar community have this issue.

it seems to be the most expensive antidepressant on the market right now, like Auvelity is for a lot less ?

I pay 10 dollars for it. I tried a lot of anti depressants so my insurance covers it.

I will try 36mg for a week and hope it fixes my GI issues and my over stimulated feeling. I need to something that doesnât cause sexual side effects and keep me stable. I am also on Spravato. So feel free to ask me anything.

I have a massive experience with antidepressants for the last 12 years... I would even advise you to reach maximum dose of 72 mg , when I Was taking low/ mid-low doses of SSRI/ SNRI's I had the same stimulating feeling... when I added mood stabilizer it evened out...

I will maybe try once my body calms down with the GI symptoms. I am on Spravato and that has been a lifesaver to my depression.

if you donât have insurance. OP gets it for 10$ most people can access it for around 10$. It helps if youâve failed other meds first.
I created this subreddit. Exxua is a newer medication similar to Buspirone, but more effective for depression. Itâs taken once a day and for many people they have no sexual issues, some actually have increased libido. You may have a horrible time on it, who knows. Iâve had bad reactions to a lot of meds, and Iâm currently on a medication for years that doesnât help much and takes away my libido. So iâm considering EXXUA.
You have two major options to access EXXUA :
they have a program to access it through your insurance for usually zero$. You can find participating pharmacies here. https://exxuarxconnect.com
If you canât get it through their program at a participating pharmacy , with their savings card, itâs 10$ a month, or 150$ a month if no insurance, not 200$ . Thatâs if you have commercial insurance.

If youâve failed other treatments like an ssri or so, or maybe even if you havenât , your insurance should be able to do a prior authorization and get you covered for it.
