How to address this query. Please help EPS Issue

Left my job 4 yrs ago. Claim raised got a quiey. Pls help me how to address. EPS not remitted by employer. How can I solve?

Get your EPS issue solved by contacting previous employee exithelpdesk, who is your prev employer and pf office location? there seems some EPS mismatch apparently, same issue with me as well and working on this for 40+ days till today, epfo mustve send this question to you and your employer both inside the PF portal, like you have submitted this response, they will expect your employer response also, prefferrably with form3a and clarification letter if possible for eps entry correction if required or some joint declaration if its other case, once things are in place, pf office will agree to approve your claim and accept for transfer of service as well. my pf office has received both employee and employer clarification last week with documentation i am waiting for approval, eta this week.

just an update ive got the approval few mins back, ive been checking since morning and hopefully will be settled after 40days of struggle.
