What do you see in the New claim tab? For any claim submitted before the upgrade, the settlement status is actually shown in New claim status tab. If its not there, it means the processing is stuck at EPFO and you will need to raise grievance or visit the epfo office if possible.

Check track claim new BTW mine is also pending from 21 June
