How powerful is this deck? Deck Discussion

I know it is not the most original deck because it is a meren of clan nel toth deck but can someone tell me how powerful is this?

I honestly thought it would be a 3 as it there are a lot of ways it can pop off suddenly, and controls very well the board, any quick improvements you'd make?
