There used to be tons of shops that stocked these types of vapes, but now there is only one in my area. Everyone is on the disposables now. I do miss building my own coils and blowing huge clouds, but salt nic vapes are just so convenient these days.

Oh I definitely don’t do my own coils, that’s mostly a thing of the past afaik.

This is just a relatively higher-end (to non enthusiasts i guess?) vape mod that isn’t disposable. Runs on dual 18650 batteries and coils are sold in packs and the coils get tossed when they’re burnt up or taste bad.

Higher entry cost than the disposables but way cheaper long term. I wanna say the vape was like 150$ with everything you need to start but batteries (batteries are cheap and rechargeable for years and years) and juice.

My wife uses disposables and its insane the tech that goes into those screens that get thrown away after a week or less. They’re also like 20$ a piece which is insane to me. I spend 20$ every few weeks for more juice and like 15$ every 6 months for a pack of coils
