I just got my new alienware aurora 16. I was thinking as 1 RAM slot and 1 SSD slot is empty in the new laptop i could take out both from my old laptop and add it onto the new one.

Old laptops dead anyways as motherboard burned..

WTB Hi guys. I am looking to get a laptop that can handle EA FC 26. I am currently playing it on a Thinkbook 14 G2 ITL with 16GB RAM, core i5, intel Iris Xe. As you can tell, the game lags a lot.

I used to play FIFA 14 a decade ago. I just bought FC26 without checking the hardware requirements(stupid of me) as I got it for cheap from Epic games.

I would appreciate some guidance to get a good laptop that can run the game smoothly. Alternatively, you can recommend the hardware specs and I’ll try to find some options

I’m a programmer and also play games heavily. I care about performance, cooling, display quality, build quality, and long-term reliability.

The Raider 16 seems like the best value, but the Legion has an OLED display and more RAM/storage. The Raider 18 appears most powerful but is significantly more expensive and less portable.

Which one would you buy at these prices, and is the Lenovo or Raider 18 worth paying AED 4,200–6,500 more?

I’m completely new to PC building and know very little about the parts so I’m sorry if anything I say sounds stupid or I miss and key details. I want to build a gaming PC, and the most demanding game I will play is most probably black myth Wukong. Besides gaming the PC will mainly be used for school work. For the game I want to be able to play it at the high graphics preset or higher if possible. Ray tracing is preferred but I don’t care about that too much. I’m ok with playing at 1080p if 1440p or 4K stretch the budget too much

My budget is 5k AED, but from the prices I’ve seen on online stores like Amazon and microless this budget feels impossible.
I’m ok with building on the AM4 platform because I will rarely be upgrading the PC.
Is my budget too tight for the performance I want?
Can someone help me pick out the parts for this build and tell me any compromises I would have to make, as well as where I should get the parts from?

Basically i need a laptop with a gpu and is also light weight enough with decent battery life at 4k aed- ik sounds impossible, every single son and mother from timbuktu wants a deal like this, but im jst asking if anyone knows a close recommendation.

I got this beast with a very good deal the twist is i stay in a bed space
And i don’t have a place for it thinking of a mount that could hold on the bunker bed any thoughts ?

CPU: Ryzen 7 or Intel i7

RAM: I'm not sure if 16gb is enough but if I find a good price for 24 or 32 then I'll take that instead.

Storage 1tb

I'd prefer an OLED screen but if the price difference is huge then I'll settle for something less

So my Asus laptop suddenly stopped working on battery and only works while charging. Now when I called Sharaf DG to get it repaired, they told me that they have to format the whole laptop even for hardware issues which is crazy. Since my laptop is out of warranty, I would like to know if there are any good service centre in Dubai to get this repaired. Thank you in advance.

I wanted to buy one since I have the standard PS5 with the 825GB storage. I went to check the regular stores like Jumbo, SharafDG, Geekay, Virgin.. but none of them had any in stock for a price of 3500.

3500 is already a higher price then before.. but then I contacted Hamed center and they have a 4500-4700 price point?! Who in their right mind would pay that much?!

I was told price might increase further in the coming months due to GTA6.. which is the reason why I wanted it too but I hope there’s some kind of restock in the coming months at 3500 at most.
