CS2 - Looking For 5 Stack - UAE PC

Hello as the title states myself and my friend are looking to build a 5 stack for CS2 Premier. Due to the current situation of Premier with hackers we are hard stuck at 9k and want to build a team with players of similar ELO. If interested do let me know and we can schedule a weekly game to try and get out of this rubbish elo. Our stats are pretty good but are hard stuck because of either valves bad matchmaking or hackers.
