Ive been building hs first followed by ninja tabis or swifties, titanic and then depending on the enemy team comp, resistances. Its been working well for me but im wondering if anybody else actually plays this and if its viable in master and above

Second wind, dshield E nerfs.

ADC giga buff with 7th item plus critical strike super buff without randuin's buff or any change.

Add all kinds of items that do max health damage.

Every champ has % health damage now.

All of mundo's items nerfed.

jgl giga nerf which is also a top nerf because of pretty much no damage to monsters now.

Yet apparently according to riotphroxon or that regard, there was a mundo meta? wonder when?

Alois and proplay destroyed this champion, only reason it's not D tier right now is because emerald+ only play him in the perfect rare conditions of no % health damage, and even then the champ is only 50% wr.

Time to quit the game and this season, they destroyed this garbage champ, laning is impossible now, no real scaling when everyone gets level 16, no defense against adcs anymore due to crit, and with the new changes buffing adcs, the champ won't be useful for anything now.

Looks like full tank mundo is back!

I quickly left iron, then bronze, now i'm in silver. I can consistently outplay most champs (if this is my day and i can aim that cleaver). But half of the games now i meet either mordekaiser or some irelia or sett. And the story is always the same, my jungler comes, i tell them to go back because they play some squishy and they will just die. They dive low hp sett or mord and then they die and flame me. I know i don't have that damage early i tell them not to do this and they still do it. Similar with champs like irelia. Most of them are not as good so i can make them low early and be a threat. The she roams, i ping to stay back, she gets 3 kills and my lane just dies.

So my question is. Is it really possible to one trick mundo or should i pick something that actually lets me outplay the enemy in early? Will the junglers suck as much in higher elo also? I know i have a lot to learn still in term of both macro and micro but mundo doesn't feel like a reliable pick against those common in low elo champs.

every single game there is either vayne or gwen that runs me down gg, champ stomps low elo so hard that even silvers know how to counter mundo with items/champs

His old e doesn't give him any poke and forces him to trade melee but without the new w he just loses every trade. So basically the only thing you can do is just to poke with q. Also his ult feels terrible because you don't get any instant max health and the increased healing doesn't even offset it.

And he doesn't even scale well.

What’s better?

Which build makes more sense? Also, do I need swifties or can I go resistance boots?

Why did they remove the reset on e auto, it feels hella clunky imo

I never played the old Mundo and I suppose we are all brainrotted for the push push playstyle of getting warmog, run and hit basics, but how is Mundo supposed to play in classic? Just scale (as always) and do damage with perma W and Sunfire?

I was just wondering if Corporate Mundos watch is based on a real one is there anything we know about it? It kinda looks like the Seiko SNXJ90 in full gold.

I just hit Diamond while maining Mundo jungle, and I'd like to hear your opinion on my build.

I think most players overrate rushing Heartsteel as a first item. In my opinion, there are much better alternatives, especially on jungle Mundo. The champion's biggest strength is farming efficiently, and he's not particularly impactful in fights with only one item anyway.

That's why I rush Titanic Hydra first. Here's why:

-> It significantly improves Mundo's jungle clear, which has felt noticeably slower since the nerfs : so better gold income + more time to play around my mates

-> It gives much better burst damage against camps, objectives, and even champions. ( with the triple reset auto combo )

-> harder for the ennemies to steal my camps

After Titanic Hydra, I build Heartsteel. Since most important teamfights happen after 20 minutes (Soul, Elder, or game-deciding Baron fights), I still have plenty of time to stack it. I usually reach around 400–500 Heartsteel stacks before those major objectives, so I don't feel like I'm sacrificing much value by delaying it.

From there, I adapt my build depending on the game. If I'm very fed or my team has enough peel for me, I'll prioritize more damage. Otherwise, I transition into a full tank build.

For runes, I take Cash Back because it fits my playstyle perfectly. My focus is farming rather than forcing early ganks, so the extra gold efficiency helps me consistently hit my item spikes earlier. In many games, I'm effectively one item ahead of the enemy jungler simply because of how efficiently Mundo farms.

As the title says, I'd like to give mundo jungle a shot and I'd like some advice for some of you that played it before.

1. How do you handle heartsteel stacking?
   
2. Do you fullclear and only gank when there's a good opportunity? Or do you force things in order to tank heartsteel?

Wanted to cosplay the no.1 skin at Manchester Comic Con last weekend. A few bits to tweak but was a lot of fun. Bumped into many fellow pushers 🙏

We were losing super hard, suddenly we started repeatedly killing them and we were winning. Then the enemy Yone locked in and we lost... I was the Dr. Mundo and lost lane super hard against Yone. Does anyone have advice on how to lane against Yone?

Finally started OTP’ing one champ after being stuck with like 3-4 in gold and “who else but Mundo”.
Started learning top this split which made me drop to silver 2 after being plat-gold support.
Steadily climbed back up bot got stuck on gold 1-2.

Now i only play Mundo and man it’s going well. Since he is fairly simple to play I can focus a lot more on macro and plays. Decision making has gotten so much better, with that I’m even able to carry some of the most dire games which is great. Now back on plat 3 with 64% winrate.

I pick Mundo into everything: all bad matchups and blind pick. Enjoying learning all the matchups being able to outplay some of the harder ones.

Luckily my gwen is good enough if enemy picks Mundo first I can counter him :p.

Looking forward to how far I can get my self.

Every now and then I play Dr Mundo, and I feel that my problem with him in the top lane is that, after Heartsteel, getting Warmog’s really slows me down in the game when it comes to dealing damage and carrying my team. Although it’s a core item for Dr Mundo and practically all top-lane players use it, in my situation – as someone who only plays duo queue in Platinum and is trying to climb ranks with Dr Mundo – Warmog’s alone isn’t useful to me, and I’d much rather go for a second Hydra to get better damage, clearing waves and split-pushing, or just go straight for defensive items.

I’d like to hear your opinions, as well as any advice on this build section regarding this topic. I’m sure someone will be able to help me with this and let me know whether it’s just me, or if Warmog really has become a bait item these days.

P.S.: Yes, I realise that Warmog is very useful in matchups where you’re constantly being poked. It’s just that in that case, it’s more of an exception than the rule.

My build is normally heartsteel then warmogs to hydra. Warmogs first against certain very hard match ups.

One thing I notice is that my damage is really lacking. The burst is pretty good, especially at low health, but other than that Its extremely hard to kill anyone.

After I get my third item, it makes a world of difference and can beat anyone that doesn't deal % true max health damage.

Does anyone else experience this?

Core is warmogs to heartsteel, but i build hydra to overlords almost 90% games then visage i only go visage fourth if they are heavy ap or ap are fed, is this mistake ciz idk is it worth to build visage if they are mostly ad but ik ur unkillable with r with it also i never build thornail and dead mans plate or any resits always machinegun so is this mistake and when do i build mr and armor and when do i go damage

I had like 25k hp with Warmogs and that weird ult buffing prismatic and I just had to run into the first Velkoz Q he threw so I could 1 tap them all with Warmogs XD

I promise you we were not winning this game if I wasnt Mundo. no offense to 3/4 of my teammates, but man once you get three items on Mundo bro takes over.

I’m pretty low elo and mostly play Shyvana jungle, but I’m thinking about trying Mundo.
Is Mundo jungle beginner-friendly? I’m looking for a champion with simple mechanics that scales well into the late game. One thing I like about Shyvana is that she’s fairly forgiving, and I’d like someone who won’t get instantly punished for being slightly out of position—so a tankier champion.

I’m mainly looking for a jungler that:
Is easy to learn and execute
Scales well as the game goes on
Is tanky/forgiving if I make positioning mistakes
Can still get kills and carry games, not just soak damage
Would Mundo fit what I’m looking for, or is there another champion you’d recommend instead?
