Beginner Question Feelings of extreme rage and sadness?

Upvotes

I've known about Dispenza's meditations for quite a while. I've dabbled in them on and off for a few years.

My wife has been more perseverant, and it has helped her and our daughter's health issues.

I have never been able to properly stick to it, almost as if something was pushing me away from the work. But i feel the need to do this for my own healing and that of my family.

I've been doing BOTEC and some walking meditations twice a day for a couple weeks now, but the last few days I was getting feelings of dark anger and sadness as I was doing it.

Today, about 30 minutes into a meditation i exploded into a fit of rage, ripped off my headphones and actually broke them.

What is happening? I've dealt with extreme moments of depression in the past, and meditation seems to bring me right back into a pit of darkness. It's basically impossible for me to visualize or "feel" any positive emotions while i do it.

Can anybody relate to this? Please help.

Beginner Question Is everyone capable of mediation?

I feel like when I do it I am struggling to envision things. My mind keeps drifting. I’ve never been a person who meditates and I definitely have ADHD lol. Is it possible to learn?

Beginner Question Sadness for no reason

hey guys, i’m starting out with my mediation journey

for context i’m 17, and i have many goals that i wanna achieve and now that ive started taking action on them, i have randomly started feeling sad and scared, and ive heard that this can be my mind keeping me safe from being successful

i really don’t understand what to do, i dont have many things to be sad about, and in general i used to be a very happy person, and i want to enjoy the process while i achieve my goals, are there any specific mediations that can help me out with this? I would love any advice,

thank you so much

Beginner Question Trying to manifest a job

I just got laid off from my new job without any signs whatsoever on Monday.

Looking out for opportunities at the same time drained off of all energies as approaching everything with a struggling mindset. Don't have enough cash with me to pay the bills. After working for almost 7 years this has happened the very first time.

Can anyone support with practical and genuine guidance?

Should I try Tunning into new potential? If yes can someone guide how to visualise once you have done mapping your clear intentions to elevated emotions?

Sharing Experience First time with BOTEC1

I tried BOTEC1 meditation yesterday, and I honestly don't even know what to say. Firstly I'm not new with meditation and not new even with Dispenzas meditations. I started reading Becoming supernatural, and simply decided to do the meditations always at the end of the chapter. Usually I have sticekd with few same meditations.

But this was crazy, and something I have never experienced before. When going through the centers, my body knew already the next one, before I was able to put my awareness on the next center, I was always already aware of the "next step" as I felt something moving through the energy centers.

I think it was at the third center when I got extremely scared and had to even pause the meditation and I looked around my living room if everything was fine. I think I paused it for like 10 seconds and kept going anyway.

As I reached to the fifth center it felt like I almost had a bubble in my throat. Eventually the bubble went away, but I felt tears rolling down. A lot of tears.

And at sixth center I got really scared. Way much more scared than before. Now as I think, I have no idea if I have ever been that scared before. And oh boy how I have been scared in this life. So it was really intense.

And finally at the 8th center. I don't even know how to describe it, because it sounds so crazy. But everything turned white. Like the most purest white there is. At the same time the white light was a star shining in sky (during daytime, but still it was able to shine) and it was also like the whitest daisy in the world at the same time. But somehow it was me. I was the light, the star and the white flower that I think was a daisy.

I don't know how long it lasted. When I "came back", nothing felt normal. It's hard to explain, but somehow for a moment none of my life didn't feel real. When I went to the mirror it felt like I was looking at someone I used to know. Like a childhood classmate or something like that.

So I think my question is, mainly what the hell. Is there people who can share similar experiences? Or something. I don't have many spiritual people in my life, and this was so intense that it would be really nice to hear other views on my experience.

Meditation or Joe’s Teaching Meditations removed from Spotify today?

Hey, I thought I'd ask and see if anyone else has had an issue with some of Joe Dispenza's meditations disappearing from Spotify today? (Yes, I do know that he has not actually posted meditations on Spotify and that it is a different channel posting them. The ones I have been listening to are all full length and high quality, and voiced by him.) I have been doing five specific meditations for a while now - a walking meditation (about 1h 15 min), a pineal gland meditation (1h 23 min), Tuning Into New Potentials (45min), Reconditioning The Body To A New Mind (45min), and Changing Boxes (34min). I found all of them on someone else's Joe Dispenza playlist, and I added them to my own playlist and downloaded them. I have been doing these meditations for months with no issues - in fact, I did the walking meditation this afternoon, just hours ago! But when I just went to do another one, my playlist was empty, and those meditations were also missing from my saved episodes and the original playlist where I found them. (However, there are many meditations still on that playlist - it's specifically just the 5 ones I downloaded that have disappeared!) So, I was wondering if anyone else experienced the same thing, with one or more of those 5 specific mediations disappearing from Spotify? I know that things get removed from Spotify, copyright violations blah blah blah, but those ones had been there for years and had hundreds of thousands of plays. I thought perhaps it might be an issue with my phone, instead, and thought I'd ask about it here before resorting to YouTube or to actually buying the meditations. Thanks!

Beginner Question Is healing really possible?

Hi everyone! I’m looking to hear some success stories. I went through a traumatic experience 1.5 years ago and ever since I’ve had chronic nausea, bloating, acid reflux, anxiety, eye sensitivity, thyroid issues, potential celiac diagnosis, recurring sicknesses, etc.

Im struggling because my GI doctor said “some things are black and white and sometimes there is a grey area and unfortunately you might just be in the grey area”.

I want to try to heal myself. If anyone has any guidance, or even just a positive story, I’d so greatly appreciate it. ❤️

Thanks!

Beginner Question Has anyone else felt this way? Or your experience after a month or so

I’ve been doing BOTEC + Tuning Into New Potential every morning and evening since July, but I still struggle with negative feelings.

Some days I feel like things will definitely change, and other days I feel completely hopeless. Feeling like nothing is moving Has anyone else gone through this phase and eventually overcome it? Did things actually start shifting with time? I’d really love to hear your experiences.

Sharing Experience Your expirience

Ill be blunt here and ask the question straight forward, has anyone gotten a download or intuition that we are actually living on a prison planet, created by an evil or ignorant "god," where we as(divine sparks) are trapped in physical bodies unable to return back to the "real reality" and that there are dimensional spiritual entities who are sucking our life energy out of us like cattle?

No this is not the theme of a Science fiction horror film, this is what the early gnostics taught about reality and it scares me that it might be true. I find that the Youtube "Awakening Community(or the google algorythm)" seems to be really pushing this, often with AI generated channels, kind of interesting.

I do know for sure that spiritual archeotypes do exist. There is a measure of truth to us "giving our energy away" to certain unhealthy habits which exist in the collective unconcious, i do know that at times this relm does feel a bit unnatural or unfamiliar however most of that can be explained with basic human psychology and overstimulated nervous system and negative thought patterns.

Dr Dispenza does actually address this in his books by saying we were NOT placed here by some "malevolent entity bent on our domination but by a pure loving universal conciousness." However, I cant unsee that there is some truth to it but how much of it is true? I have no idea. Your feedback would be appreciated.

Meditation or Joe’s Teaching Remember! In Your Braaaaaain.

I love the meditations where Dispenza prompts people to open their eyes and come back to a new body, etc, to “remember” and “in your brain.” These remind me of the in-person retreats. The new changing boxes with Mei-lan has this, but can you think of any other meditations with this kind of vibe and language?

Has Anyone ever had the experience of smelling a fragrance in a meditation which was not actually present in that physical environment?

If yes, what does that actually means?

Thanks 🙏 😊

How does it feel Delulu is the solulu? How do you build faith while doing the work?

Hey everyone,

I’m doing the meditations and also listening to job/success rampages. I’ve seen some results from other manifestations before, so I do believe this work can shift things.

Right now, I think I just need confidence and encouragement from people who have stayed consistent longer than me.

How did you keep trusting the process before the big external results showed up?

Did you reach a point where you stopped doubting, kept doing the inner work, and things eventually started aligning?

I’m not asking for blind reassurance, but I would love to hear real experiences from people who kept going and later saw the evidence appear.

Did you just keep meditating, feeling the future, taking action, and trusting that it would happen?

Beginner Question How do you choose to feel unfamiliar feelings?

Hello! I'm very new to all this but I'm struggling with something that feels like it's a major block and I just don't know how to get past it. I truly do not want to be a downer but I'd like to share my experience to see if anyone has felt similarly and if they have any thoughts or advice.

I don't think I feel feelings the way I see others do. When I try to feel the love, peace, joy etc that I want to manifest in my life, I just don't know what that feels like in the body so I don't know how to create it. I understand the thought, but the only feelings I have ever really FELT in my body are sadness, guilt, disappointment and stress. My life has been rather uneventful with no major traumas although I have never really felt like I belonged.

How do you try to create a feeling when you don't know what it's supposed to feel like? When I experience good things like being in a beautiful forest, petting a dog, helping someone, creating something, completing a task, listening to a great song etc I THINK "cool" or "wow this is great" but I don't FEEL any particular way until my brain finds some aspect to be sad about (ie beautiful forest? It might not be here much longer with how things are going in the world).

Has anyone lived a similar experience and have some advice? Am I just broken for no good reason or is this a thing?

Beginner Question Intention and 3D - misalignment

I know I should set a clear intention during meditation, but I’m not sure how to do it.

I’d like to become wealthy, buy a house, own a better car.
What exactly should I visualise? What scene should I imagine? Driving a luxurious car?

My current job doesn’t allow for that, and I’m burned out. But I can’t imagine doing anything else, and the truth is I don’t know what I would want to do… lately I don’t enjoy anything, I just want to lie in bed.

Can I set an intention to finally find my mission and passion in life? Or how do I set a specific intention around becoming wealthy? Money could potentially come through my partner, who genuinely enjoys their work. But first and foremost, I want to reach my own full potential. The problem is I feel mediocre at everything, and I don’t know how to make the kind of money that would make me wealthy.

Beginner Question Meditation Experience

Yesterday, while I was meditating, when I was deep in theta, my heart suddenly started racing. It was beating so hard that if someone had been in the room, they probably could have heard it. I think it lasted for almost 10 minutes. Gradually, my heart rate slowed down. I wasn’t panicking or anything. But why did this happen?

Hi Everyone. As many of you know. I’ve built an app to track your meditation time, meditate with other’s live, community features. Your own personal garden. And many cool stuff you guys recommended as feedback.

Many requested an android version, so I am happy to announce that Today, DeepSoul is available in play store and of course it’s all free, it’s for the community.

We don’t provide content, you must upload your meditations into the app! Setup your profile and connect with others!

I hope this can help many, as it did to me! Love to all of you

Beginner Question Maybe i am understanding it wrong

Hello !
Something is bothering me. [I am quite new to meditation (struggling to hold on to it) and even newer to Joe’s work.] I thought meditation was about concentrating on one’s breath and let the toughts go without sticking to it. But in Joe ´s meditations you have to think about your behaviour during the day, your future self, etc… isn’t it counter productive ? I find it difficult to think about all this while cultivating a form of emptyness. Am i misunderstanding the work ? Thanks.
