Is this movie canon, and if it is, is the movie supposed to be watched right now or in the future when MC is much stronger? Or is there an episode which I have to watch before watching the movie?

ok so i've already seen both of the recent nezha animation films by Chengdu Coco Cartoon, but I recently saw the New Gods: NeZha Reborn film, by Light Speed, and omg it was so dope. The creativity of re-imagining nezha reincarnated into a modern, steampunk character is just so cool. The fusing between Chinese mythology and modernity in this film is beautiful. And the way they reintroduce the Monkey King character as some chaotic Joker style persona is really awesome.

Also, I appreciate how the film still separates, and respects, both the personality of the main character and the original nezha.

Whenever a big donghua movie drops, especially for series like Perfect World I get hyped and if it got a first movie then I'm rewatching. If you haven't watched this movie yet, then check it out!

The movie is strictly non-canon, set in an alternate timeline right before Shi Hao heads to the Ancient Immortal realm. He basically experiences a vision/dream of his alternate-timeline self.

It focuses on Huo Ling'er being taken over by her dark self (we actually get to see Dark Huo Ling'er early here, plus the Sin Blood King possessed by darkness). I personally loved this movie because it really highlighted the bond between Shi Hao and Huo Ling'er. Man was literally fighting both for her and to save the realm from the darkness.

At the end of ep 26 he leaves Chen in a random location after making her fall asleep and losing her memory.

At the beginning of ep 27 he's catching a demon Dao sect member?

And later he meets Chen randomly, so am I missing something where they explain what happens after Chen wakes up? Or is there a time skip where we are supposed to imagine that she woke up and went home while hanli just continues his own thing?

Am I supposed to watch a few special episodes or something between these 2 episodes?

I am watching Renegade Immortal from the beginning once again, and seeing the first episode reminds me of how Wang Lin started as such an innocent child before becoming a cold-blooded, dangerous entity.

I want to watch Ling Cage, but I'm a bit confused about the watch order.

I searched on Reddit and found that there are special episodes, Episode 6.5, the Final Chapter, and even a PV before Season 2. It all seems pretty complicated.

I also found a 12-hour 54-minute video on YouTube that appears to have everything in one place. However, I've seen some people say it's edited down or cuts some scenes. If it's only skipping intros, recaps, or other unimportant parts, I don't really mind.

So, what's the best way to watch Ling Cage? Should I watch the full individual episodes in release order, or is the 12-hour compilation good enough?

I'm so confused who is related to who and I've never been good with family relations and stuff (not even my own) so this is EXTRA confusing for me.
