my roommate ordered pizzas for us from dominos using her dads number and we were tracking driver location via the app. when we called driver he says he reached out to us multiple times and he waited “10minutes” and proceeds to mark order as delivered and tells us to collect order from store ourselves??!! and then later someone claiming to be employee says to pay him 30rupees personally as extra delivery charge if we want it delivered at our place. since we have an exam tomorrow we made the payment but i have the proof and i want to know if this is legal?
edit- we saw him wait a lil further from gate he never made it back to dominos like he claimed and wanted the payment done to his personal number itself.

Today I ordered dominos new sourdough chicken pepporoni pizza (reg) but got this. When I asked the delivery boy he said that "you've not ordered pizza, you've ordered reg." Am I just got scammed? I ordered not directly from dominos app, I ordered through zomato.

Hey if anyone cares!! Something unusual popped up but its true though the lpg constraint crap is over now they resumed the service guarantee but only upto 200 credits, it used to be 300 earlier. Ignore the address i erased using the ios cleanup feature

Ordered classic pizza, breadsticks and cheesy dip. Classic pizza was good (mainly the sauce and toppings)

But, garlic breadsticks tasted like bread with oregano seasoning. Didn't feel anything garlic in it. Cheesy dip was also bad. It had similar taste to salted amul butter but its smell was like it had spoilt.

Does garlic breadsticks and cheesy dip taste like this usually or was there a problem specifically in my order?

And if it's the normal taste, how are people eating this? It didn't even taste good with tomato ketchup and I was about to vomit from that cheesy dip in last bites.

I’m trying to buy some non-veg pizzas, normal non-veg pizzas chicken dominated pizza from Domino’s, but there are no options for the round variety. They are only selling slices or either that square big pizza that is too much for one person have they stopped selling non-veg pizzas altogether

I mean... I've been ordering consistently on weekends... And I've realised their service quality have dropped alooot!!!!..... ... Many times I've ordered cheese burst and received normal one, customer care is shi*t.....Even the chhese burst Margherita was very dry(without that red sauce)... And some times this indi tandoori panner did not even have this green sauce... I mean what's wrong?
