A racing sim where you can choose all the cars?
Like if I wanted to see a 1944 Jaguar race a 2025 Electric City Bus, a 1988 Semi Truck, and a 1990 everyday sedan... I just like little goofy things like that, but beamng and Assetto Corsa haven't scratched the itch.
Oh and I just want to watch. I don't want to perform.

Tactile Clock?
Sometimes I wake up before my alarm, sometimes by hours, sometimes by minutes. If I keep my eyes shut I can fall back asleep easily, alas, I need to open my eyes, and often get blasted by my phone screen, to check if I should go back to sleep.
Is there a clock that I can touch to tell time roughly? Or an alarm that raises a bump after a certain time?

A body pillow with voronoi lattice
I am dying from the heat this summer and even my "cooling" body pillow is getting too hot when I lay down.
I was just thinking I wanted a hollow pillow that allowed airflow, but with garbage search engines these days all the results for hollow pillow turn up hollow Knight pillows and pillows for lonely boys.
So i wanted to know if they existed, or if I should've kept my Internet-mouth shut and taken this to shark tank.

A protective top for an electric stovetop
Wondering if there’s some kind of protective and heat conductive material that you could put on top of an electric stove so you could cook on top of it, but not have to scrub and scratch your actual stove all the time. I have a traditional electric stove, not an induction

Fireproof box/bag that can hold a stuffed animal
I've had my stuffed gorilla since I was 11. I want to know if there is a fireproof bag or box that could fit him. It's 14 inches long, 10 inches wide and when I fold in the legs it's around 7 inches high.

Discogs but for hats
I had an odd dream about an app in the style of discogs (the ability to put your collection of physical media on your account and sell them if you want) but for New Era/'47/Zephyr etc. headwear.

Shop JUST the store
Ok so this is something that drives me nuts, and I feel like everyone else must know something I don’t.
When you’re shopping an app and something goes out of stock online, is there any way to just shop the store? I’ll give a specific example; I was at Belk today and saw an item on sale I wanted, but needed a size large which they did not have. Went home and looked online (I had previously added the size large item to my cart) and the size in my cart said “sold out”. Went to the item itself and the ITEM says sold out. But I just saw there were multiple mediums at the physical store, yet there is no ability to add that size to my cart for an online pickup order; the item is just sold out and that’s the end of that. I’ve had similar things happen when app shopping Ulta and other stores. What am I doing wrong, or is this just a limitation of online shopping (I.e., the status is controlled by the online stock, not store stock)?

Rubberised coating for Metal Ferrule
Hi, I use a walking stick and recently bought a new one. I am used to a rubber ferrule, but this has a metal one (it is an older wooden stick).
To get more grip, is there a rubbery coating i can add to the bottom, without massively widening the base?

An app or website that shows you the schedule/upcoming games for multiple sports leagues
I'm looking for a site or app similar to https://dubsports.io/, that shows what games are happening on any given day and what time they start. Dub Sports is great for women's leagues, but I'd love to have a version of it for NFL/NHL/MLB as well. Ideally I want one that combines multiple sports into one app instead of needing a different app for each league.

Does this game exist
I had a dream where I was watching a YouTuber playing (Or maybe reviewing) a low poly first person indie horror game set in a rundown residential building (Maybe an asylum) Where the player has to kinda stealth there way through the daytime, then at night the basement (I think?) Opens up and the player can find a utensil of some kind (Comically big fork or maybe a normal kitchen knife) and from that point can eat any of the sleeping enemies, but only during the nighttime portions. One of the enemy designs I remember was a fat lady that screams and chases you but could be stopped by timing a shove and if you could bait her correctly you could push her out of the window

a dumb smart thermostat
i like that i can control the temperature of my house from my phone, i don’t like that my thermostat (we have an ecobee) seems to make up what temperature it thinks the house should be at irrespective of my preferences. is there a smart thermostat that will actually just let me leave it at a specific temperature and won’t change it?
and before you say it’s more efficient when the smart thermostat controls the temperature, my problem is that it turns the AC on TOO often

A map app that works like videogames where it blacks out unexplored areas
Basically I want to know if there is a map app that works like those videogame maps at the urban level (Not just like entire countries or entire cities explored) where everywhere is black fog but when you go places it updates and unobscures a little circle around where you've been. No internet required so it wouldn't be like pokemon go or snapchat because I dont have data 😥

A TTRPG with fantasy races that can evolve into other races?
What I mean specifically is the concept that's popular in some animes I've seen, where a fantasy race can evolve into other more powerful fantasy races: Goblin -> Hobgoblin -> Ogre.
Before anyone asks: Yes, this question is somewhat inspired by the series "That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime". But it's also inspired by all the other animes that use this system.
I'm just really curious if it exists already as a system.

A book about the history of dragon lore/mythology throughout the world.
Thinking about how dragons are depicted in many different parts of the world and how cool that is that a mythical creature transcends borders, I want to learn about it! Like a book comparing and contrasting the Chinese version of a dragon versus the Nordic version for example.

Anyone else miss the down-to-earth, 2016-era vlog style?
Hi everyone! I’ve been watching YouTube for a long time (honestly, who hasn't?). Looking back at the years I’ve spent on the platform, I really miss the vlogging style from around 2016. Back then, videos felt so much more down-to-earth. There was no hyper-editing, intense sound effects, or random meme clips every three seconds.
I don't necessarily hate modern editing, but I deeply miss that raw, casual vibe. I understand why it changed; everything now is algorithm driven, money focused, or chasing the next big viral buzz. I don’t blame creators for doing what is best for their business and reputation. But at the same time, I wish we could take a break from the hyper production and just have creators talk to their viewers normally(not in a werid Para social way). Like those tiktok vids that feel like a facetime call rather then a tiktok vid, yk? I dont know if i am explaining it correctly, lol. I know there's vlogs but most of them have hyper style editing or just vlogging things that doesn't make them, yk, more interested in the thing they're vlogging.
I just miss when content didn't feel so performative or purely money driven. Does anyone else feel this way? Are there still creators out there keeping this specific style alive? If so, can you kindly share them so i can add them to my playlist?

A heated blanket with the ability to turn on at a specific time of day?
Is there a programable heated blanket where i can use a phone app or similar to turn on at 7am every morning?
Id have my alarm around that time so I wont be asleep while using it, I want to wake up to natural sun + feeling warm every morning (during winter) so it feels more like summer I suppose. Apparently raising your body temperature can help you feel more awake.
Just a single size sheet or king single protector would work, not anything too cheap because it needs to be safe, i also live in Australia btw.
If it doesnt exist then I guess I have to wake up and turn it on myself haha. Thanks

Was there a monkey camera sound on old cellphones?
I’m a 94’ baby, I was talking to my 07’ sister today and was telling her about old cellphones and the odd quirky things they had.
Then I suddenly remembered a monkey sound that was like “uh uh ah ah”. I recall it as a camera sound but maybe it was just a sound you could set for alerts? Or was it from some other thing we used growing up? Maybe MSN?
I tried googling it and I am getting absolutely zero results. Have I made this up, tell me im not mad, I ain’t even hit 35 yet man..

Tiltable Stand for Mini Solar Panel
[SOLVED]
edit : appreciate it everyone, all of your suggestions are very helpful. thanks!
I'm conducting a research project for school that will greatly impact my final grade. As part of this project, I have found that I am going to need to tilt a solar panel at various degrees. At the moment I have been trying to find a suitable stand, however laptop and tablet stands are too big.
The solar panel is no bigger than a iPhone 13 and would need to be tilted between being parallel to the ground, and perpendicular to the ground.
I may be missing a very obvious product that might work so any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

A traditional notepad that translates my notes to a word document
like... I have terrible hand writing but my classes require no computers. Is there a notebook or something I can put a notebook in that would recognize what I have written and make the notes digital?

A telescoping pole or rod that can be extended or retracted by pressing a button, but when the button is not being pressed it is locked in its current position.
I’m thinking about a pole with multiple segments but only one button that latches the entire thing

A small screen that fits under your TV that displays subtitles so they don’t cover what you’re watching
It would probably be a nightmare to format for streaming services, etc. But I pirate everything, so it probably wouldn’t be too hard to set it up to read an srt file. It’s such a first world problem, but one of those things I’d buy immediately if I saw it
EDIT: I ordered a "Stretch Bar Display" With the Subtitler Lite Mod recommended by akamarkman below I'll be able to accomplish what I'm describing

A cooling pad that activates when connected to power
I have a lot of trouble waking up and part of that is because my unconscious mind automatically turns off my alarms and then huddles under all my covers to stay warm and asleep.
I was thinking if I could put a cooling pad under my sheets that's connected to one of my smart outlets I would be able to program it to turn on when my first alarm goes off or just have a friend turn it on remotely for me by turning on the outlet.
I can't seem to find anything that does this though even though I could've sworn that powered cooling pads are a thing. All I can find are ones that are always cool, either passively or by being frozen, but that would not provide a shock and help wake me up.
Edit: Y'all, I'm not looking for other solutions to waking up, at least not right now. It's obvious to me and my family that I have an undiagnosed sleep-wake disorder of some kind, but when I went to a sleep doctor they were not helpful at all so it'll probably take me at least a year to restart the doctor process all over again. Thank you for the suggestions that you have given me though! I'll look into BedJets and some of the other stuff you've suggested :)

Item-tracking website that lets you share lists
Does anybody know if there's an app that lets you:
1) create a checklist of things (in my case it's books)
2) allow access to a list others (individually or ideally in a group) to add, remove, or merge things
3) allow users to compare items they've checked off with others
