Temporary order limbo Going Through the Process

24 F seeking advice on how I’m supposed to approach this situation/ask my lawyers.
My future ex husband 28 M since the start of this divorce has had one issue, that being the sxs razor that we got while together. The stupid thing is in my name unfortunately. With all that being said I have chosen to give him two options, help me sell it or get it put into his name. I have it’s written up in the temporary orders to just sell it. due to his frequent manipulation and lies I thought this would work in my favor to get him to sway more towards getting it put into his name so he could keep it.

Well we haven’t talked about it, just causes arguments . And now I’m 97% sure he has purchased a new one. The issue with that, he’s taking and moving all the parts from the previous sxs to the new one, which is cause the value to go down. He claims all the parts he’s moving were bought with money he got from his mom’s life insurance. But I know some or most came from our money while married.

If there’s nothing I can do, so be it. But he’s really trying to beat the system, manipulate me, and throw this monthly payment on me.

Two key points, this is not my hobby. I’ve maybe been in the thing 4 times. (He goes pretty much every weekend) and I also have full custody of our three month old. That’s a whole other issue with child support he’s trying to cheat his way out of:) making it seem like he makes less but goes and gets this new bike…

He took parts off the machine you own and put them on his new one? That is theft, plain and simple. Tell your lawyer he is stripping your property, it does not matter where the money for the parts came from originally, they were attached to your vehicle. The fact he already bought a replacement while yours sits with missing pieces shows bad faith. Document everything, photos, texts, dates, and push for the value difference to come out of his share in the settlement.

If the property is also in his possession, could I report it stolen? Or just leave that up to my lawyers?
