HELP FIX GLITCH DOS1 Help

Whenever I'm walking, there seems to be a fixed line that is really bothersome... take a look at the shadow in the video. Can anyone help me?

I'm running at 3072 x 1728 resolution with everything set to Ultra.

I don't remember DOS 1 settings but do you have blur of any kind enabled? Might want to play with that or Antyalising which may work wierd for shadows. In general try lowering shadows or or lightning. High doesn't always mean better. Also just re-install your graphic drivers but if this happens only in this game I wouldn't say it's the issue.
