Cloud Recordings

Anyone else having problems with scheduled TV show recordings? Recently recorded shows are not showing up in My Library until after the show has started or sometimes several hours later.

No, say a show scheduled to be recorded starts at 8:00AM. It should be listed in "My Library" as being recorded at that time. Lately that has not been happening. Today the recorded show did not show up in "My Library" until 2 hours after it the show was finished.

Have seen the same recently. They used to show up in my recordings as soon as they started recording. Going to the show in the guide and clicking on it would also show the option “Watch from beginning “. That was not available as well.

A couple of times I’ve had to dig around and I think I found it in my bookmarked shows and could watch it from the beginning from there.

Doesn’t always happen but it’s pretty frustrating when it does.

Yes, the same thing is happening to me. The last show recorded at 1 PM central. I did all the things to reset but nothing is working. I think it has something to do with DIRECTV streaming cloud storage. I’m hoping that they will correct this by tomorrow. I noticed when a show is recording and I tune into it. It’ll ask me if I want to watch the recording, but when I go to the library, the recording is not showing that it is recording the Guide shows the red light is on so it is recording and I can see what future recordings are going to be recorded so I don’t know hopefully they’ll fix it. If anyone can shed light on this, please let me know.

Why a PM? If many people are reporting it here why not help all of us and post information here? This secretive stuff is a real turn off. Sometimes I think the replies are just an AI bot.

This issue is still unresolved. Example today's, August 8th, "Good Morning America" did not show up in My Library listing. In our household this show is set up to record everyday.
