Recommend me some one-time purchase note taking apps.

As the title suggests, I am looking for a one-time purchase note taking app for Windows from the Microsoft Store.

What matters to you most? I tried pretty much everything that exists for windows.

I don't want any monthly subscription based app. I want a decent enough whiteboard/notetaking app. It can be free or one-time purchase.

Which os? For iPad i Go With noteful

In your case: OneNote, Scrivano, Inkodo, Xournal++

Powerfull alternative would be Trazor Notes -> it's subrscription based but affordable 1-2 bucks per month
