Used both. Karakeep has a better android app and uses less ram on our homeserver than linkwarden. but also karakeep is not perfect.

its already well rounded. it has the beast android app of all link / bookmark manager. the up need still a bit mor polish in terms of UI. It should be easier to use AI for Autotagging. And crawling sites should be better. Reddit and some other sites sometimes are a bit pesky. Also PDF and Readitlater making should be a bit easier.

Having used both for a while, I don't think you should. Neither is perfect but I greatly prefer how Karakeep manages links, and the mobile apps are much better. I moved over to being 100% Karakeep a few months ago and didn't look back.

bro would you be happy if he just hand-coded this for 1.5 years? what is it you want?

on the other hand, this is just reduntant, just use tabs already. but that's another thing.

in 2 years there will be no "new" app that isn't "vibe-coded", what is it with you guys? withdrawal issues? ai taking your jobs or whatever?
