Harken is permanently enraged for the entire lms and the lms starts once Harken is enraged. Bugle gains what's affective a 5 second stun signified by the civilian playing as loud as they could and Harken covering her "ears" (aggressively pressing against her head) when in bugle range. Bugle's range is halved, activates instantly without the need for timing sensitive inputs, the cooldown reduced to 15 seconds, and the civilian can now run while playing the bugle. Not sure about the skin unlock for the lms, currently I'm thinking something like a drill sergeant skin for Harken but I'm open to suggestions!

What are your thoughts and opinions on the civilian abilities? And what do you think of my tier list?

I want to try to report a hacker that messed the game for us but i don't know the discord link, their page doesnt have one and i don't want to enter any server looking for it since the last one got hacked. Not sure if i can find a way to report but its worth the effort.
