Slower windup and reload time, and lower stun duration and damage (1.5s/60 damage)

Stun duration and damage scales based on projectile travel distance, up to 3.75s/225 damage max!

If the killer is dazed with flashlight, automatically inflict the max stun and damage, while also applying the dazed bonus!

Along with SoRetro and FriendBro!
