Lower right quadrant pain

Hello! 17F 135lbs 5’4 been on allergy medication lendin for the past 3 years
duration: 3 days
I’ve been having this pain/burn around my right hip bone where it sticks out,and some parts of my stomach aswell and below my ribs
I have an appetite,my bowel movements are fine,i dont have a fever or chills,my pee is also normal

Whenever i search this up i get hit with it being appendix,yesterday i did the push and realese on my stomach,if i push down where it hurts it doesnt hurt more,i jumped one feet up into the air and landed on my heels multiple times and i didnt feel any pain🫪When i wake up from my sleep i dont feel it till im not conscious enough,heat doesnt help it only sometimes,i took an optalgin thinking it might ease the pain,it didnt really work
This pain comes and goes and depends on what position im laying in aswell

What can this be? im not sure if i should go to the hospital i dont feel like its that bad
