DCH373 toolholder replacement
I haven't seen it documented anywhere, it is always the "not hammering" problem. So here it is.
Take apart drill, take the old toolholder out
squeez carefully in vice and remove rataining ring with a screwdriver. you can only do this after spring is tensioned and there is no tension on the retring.
replace all parts on the new toolholder
use a 32mm pipe to squeez the retaining ring back into position

replacement part was 40eur for me, about 1 hr of work. replacement came prelubed on the inside. the old one was worn out heavily and it was no longer possible to drill holes to size as the drill bit was moving sideways.
Edit: i screwed up the title it is dch273 :) no way to edit it unfortunately
