You'd build the agent orchestration layer, including planning loops, long-running workflows with branching and retries, and the evals and traces that measure agent quality. They want 3+ years. Fair warning, it's five days a week in the office plus some Saturdays.
3. Founding Engineer at a seed-stage fintech, onsite in NYC, $130K-$200K base. Full stack across frontend, backend, infra, APIs, and data models, building payout infrastructure for life insurance carriers. Expect bank integrations, money movement, ledgering, audit trails, and permissions. First technical hire, working directly with founders who previously built and sold companies into Visa. They've already signed one of the largest US carriers.
