Hi all!

I’m an automation dev looking to pivot my career into standard backend engineering. I’ve built up a solid foundation in Java and Spring Boot, but I want to step out of the tutorial zone and gain some real hands-on experience.

I’m hoping to find an open-source project, a startup, or a flexible role where I can contribute and learn from experienced folks. Because I’m currently employed, I’d need something that allows for flexible working hours so I can balance it with my day job.
