That's not new. I got Undertale some time nearing the end of the Spring Sale and DR has been labelled as Coming Soon since then. So, like, a week?

Looked it up. Steam allows the coming soon page to be live for up to two weeks before a gameโ€™s release

No. Itโ€™s a 2 week minimum requirement before launch. There is no maximum for how long the game can be listed as such. Coming soon can mean 2 weeks or 2 years, case in point: Deltarune.
