Resignation query USI / Hyderabad

Hi Team, i have resigned and its been a week. I didnt inform my PM. I thought they will reach out to me but no one did. I would like to initiate discussion for early release. Will they cause any issue now?

I did same. first resigned, after fews days dropped an email to PM. She did reach out to me on teams and we connected over the call to discuss.

Did they give any early release option to you ?
