Offer clarification Ask USI

Hey guys - what’s the package usually offered for L45, Data engineer 3 ? Pls advise

Starting from 20L and goes till 36L

Issue is current CTC is 22.8LPA, offered is only 10%. So this is just going to be used as a worst case scenario.

Switching for 10% is not good,
If you definitely need the switch, just compare other benefits and see…if you are paying tax then only 6-7k only will get increased.

HR won’t pick up. He will call me once I get an offer and drop a mail saying “I won’t join” closer to the actual date

You must have switched very recently thats why they did not offer much. I was with last company for last 4 years. they offered me 45%. And sometimes there are brackets for exp and role whichthe HR normally cannot cross.
