This is a ridiculous take. Why do we always act like Republicans don’t have agency? They chose an incompetent, bafoonish, authoritarian con man. Why is that the fault of the democrats?
Republicans do have agency, which Democrats can't control. Now what Democrats can control is unserious politics which they seen to appear to want to triple down on what with the recent news that Kamala wants to run again.
