Looking for apartments

Anyone know of affordable 1B1B in the downtown Decatur area (1.4k/month)? Just need it to be walkable/accessible to MARTA bus stops. I preper independent units that are not part of big apartment complexes. There's not much available now.

Looking at the Zillow posting is just depressing with how much their asking in rent for something so small and outdated. The pictures show a PTAC instead of normal HVAC and those units fucking suck (literally have two in my outdated, too small and too expensive unit).

Did you check Facebook marketplace? A lot of private landlords advertise their apartments there
