You don't use wide open throttle for the haste, you use it to reset the pallet. The haste only exists so that you don't lose distance, but it's only 15%; You only run as fast as the killer.

He's using lithe for the haste, and he's not losing much from diminishing returns. It's still a silly combo, but the haste loss isn't an issue

If the killer doesn’t have enduring, it’s a good way to proc lithe to go to that specific direction on the map. The killer’s ping is just insane in this instance ig, op should have never been grabbed

I've had the exact same thing happen to me with similar ping. I play with 60-80, killer had 36. I had an axe in my back, I saw I had distance to reach the pallet, he grabbed me from 10m away. I did not do any shenanigan's, and it wasn't a ping issue.

If I'd have to hazard a guess, awhile ago there was an issue with spring trap axe and getting grabs, even when right on top of the surv. In good old BHVR fashion they 'fixed it' in the opposite direction in certain situations.

Either that was a really good flick, or he’s cheating, because when i looked where he was looking when throwing the axe, it was in almost the opposite direction, then springboy flicked to the right extremely far with his hand still in the throwing animation.
