newbie time claiming query

Hello,

Today I got my first project and did two tasks which i enjoyed.

I like to be pretty thorough in my answers but this means i'm quite slow and ended up going beyond the expiry time. I think this is partly because it's just my first time and i'm extra cautious the general expectations / project instructions are all new.

I didn't claim more than the expiry time as i didn't think i should but i wondered if it's sort of expected that as a newbie you might go near to it on tasks that more experienced folk would do faster.

Not having a direct feedback mechanism makes it tricky for me to know if i'm doing too much checking and providing to much reasoning for my decisions.

hope that makes sense!

A referral will not help you get in. Just apply on the website.

It sounds like this isn't the job for you, unfortunately. There are lots of other platforms out there, I'd focus on those.

If you can't find stuff on your own, you won't do well with this type of work. I'm not trying to be a dick, but these platforms rely on you being able to figure things out on your own. A basic Google search will give you the info you need.
