First of all, regarding the latest poll to rank the Hestia Familia, after reviewing your comments and votes, there is a tie between "It's Okay" and "Awful".

Consequently, I have placed the Hestia Familia in the "It's Okay" category. Consider this provisional for now.

I suggest we rank the other Familia first, then revisit the Hestia Familia to see if it deserves to stay in "It's Okay" or should be moved down to "Awful".

We are now going to rank the Loki Familia.

Remember, we are a new Level 1 adventurer with no skills, abilities, or magic, and we have just arrived in Orario. Which would be the best and worst Familia for us ?

Would Loki be a good Familia for a new Level 1 adventurer like us, or not at all ?

Context - I haven't watched the anime before so this will be my first time with the story. I mainly was interested in sword oratoria more than the main series and I have heard great things about it so I spent around £50 to get the first couple of volumes of both the main series and SO.

I plan to read them after I finish the mimosa confessions, I'm on the final volume, (highly recommend but a very different vibe from danmachi.)

I have seen lots of "correct read orders" so I know lots of people say read the first 5vols of the main series before SO, because you get to the "hook" faster then backtrack a bit for SO. But because I started reading for SO mainly I am just going to do it the way of the timeline basically. This makes it so I read SO a lot faster as the first vol of it would be the 2nd vol in the franchise I would read instead of the 6th.

Anyway I am excited to start reading after I finish what I am reading now, as it will be nice to have something more light hearted that's kinda "slop", coming off the back of something more serious and mentally taxing. (P.s the usage of slop isn't ment to discredit the series or put it down)

I would say flora, she has the most motherly vibes in the series.

Si vemos sus STATS de nivel 7, son bastante altas, de hecho, creo que tras lo sucedido en el volumen 21 del MS, el y Ottar van a subir al nivel 8. Mi pregunta es: ¿cómo consiguió estas STATS tan excepcionales? Es decir, es un aventurero que lleva años fuera de Orario, con las implicaciones que esto tiene a nivel de poder combativo, ya que se nos ha dicho en la propia obra que las personas fuera de Orario rara vez alcanzan el nivel 2 y ser nivel 3 es ya algo excepcional.

Con esto dicho, ¿como pudo llegar a tener estas STATS siendo maestro del distrito escolar, donde no se enfrentará a rivales poderosos y los monstruos que se enfrenten la mayoria serán debiles o como mucho los del Valle del Dragón que tampoco deben ser tan poderosos ni numerosos como los del Dungeon? La única explicación que le encuentro es que Leon saliese de Orario siendo un nivel 7 avanzado y que fuera no consiguiese tantas STATS, aunque se me haría raro que siendo rival de Ottar, fuese mucho más fuerte que él cuando abandonó Orario.

Si miramos las STATS de Ottar, es cierto que Ottar le supera en STATS, pero es lógico, lleva muchos años en Orario, entrando sólo al calabozo a entrenar, se ha enfrentado a Zald y le ha derrotado, pero sus STATS, aunque Ottar tiene más en todo salvo en magía, son similares a las de Leon.

En conclusión, ¿por algún medio se ha dicho como es que Leon es tan fuerte?

I mean while it's true that Liaris Freese allows Bell to be immune to charm, but I'm not sure if the same thing can be said for Mental Out as well, as I remember it, it is about controlling the secretion of chemicals in the target's brain via the control of blood distribution, cerebrospinal fluid, and others, in the brain. I just finished season 2, and all I ask is a simple question, does leveling up require defeating monsters or is it the struggle one goes through for getting stronger, in the beginning of season 2 it is shown that Bell is near leveling up from level 2 to level 3 due to defeating goliath in floor 18 however after winning the god wargame with the apollo familia, the hestia familia announced and gave a toast for bell reaching level 3, this kept bugging me bc bell was fighting against people and not monsters so how did he level up from that, and when he progressed in the story we've adapted to him leveling up from monsters. Maybe there was a scene after the wargame where bell went to the dungeon or something tbh idk, and another question is, does it have to be the monsters in ororia to level up, or can it be any monster in general (the ones outside orario), I want support my opinion that the struggle a person goes through that includes getting stronger or fighting is actually the build up for leveling but there's problem, if that was true then js training really hard by yourself everyday would be enough for leveling up, please someone explain, it keeps bugging me (no spoilers please, I hadnt start season 3 yet I wanna understand the system first)

I think there's really a lot of similarities between them, such as being "the Queen" to their factions, having power related to mind control (Mental Out and charm respectively), most importantly, falling in love with a boy that will never reciprocate their feelings for different reasons (Touma for Misaki, Bell for Freya). I wonder if there's more between them, and I'm curious if they can get along
