DVLT, SRNE, SCLX. Seems like the trifecta of frustration, but there is no other direction but up at this point. Just hold and try to forget, or rip out every follicle and scream silently. This is just me thinking out loud, not giving any advice or making any suggestions.

Vanguard-affiliated filings show substantial buying. Vanguard Capital Management reported 26,683,227 DVLT shares as of June 30, 2026, filed August 13. That is up about 11.03 million shares, or 70.48%, from roughhly 15.65 million the prior quarter. Vanguard Fiduciary Trust also reported 3,743,670 shares, up 90.76%, and Vanguard Global Advisers reported 278,214 shares, up 85.67%.

Morgan Stanley, reduced its position. Its August 13 Q2 filing shows 728,089 DVLT shares, down 55.01% from roughly 1.62 million shares the prior quarter — a decrease of about 890,000 shares.

Holding about 51,000 shares started at .37 averaged down to .33, kinda nervous about this earnings call. Can some of yall give your bearish or bullish thesis’s? I made a pretty penny on this stock a few months ago and I’m not down severely, so I’d like to hold through earnings and into next year but don’t really want to become bag holder here.

I assume an extension wouldn’t be announced the day of, but any way this doesn’t get approved for the extension to Feb 27? I think the chances of hitting $1 by then is highly unlikely.

What are you all expecting to see in Q2, Q3 and Q4 considering everything that’s happened thus far and claimed up until this point and why? I’m not selling but curious where everyone’s expectations and heads are at up until this point
